I only looked at the restricted country and account accountability, since I rarely use VPN, and if I do, I ask the support staff first whether it is ok to use it or not.  I don't read the entire ToS probably because I'm lazy too. lol

That is normal I guess and not just you did that. I did that too so I guess many gamblers do the same thing like us hehehe.

We are too lazy reading the entire ToS and only search for the things that we need to know.

The representative had stated that KYC is not required to withdraw from the site, and members here who played and requested withdrawal have their request processed without undergoing the KYC procedure.

The casino is not always to be blamed but they must also do their best to make these TOS to be easy (I don't know how to say) for people to read before they get it just as we have to agree to privacy policy and others when we sign up on some platforms.

The problem is that some players just keep playing without even bothering to learn the important rules of the casino first; then, they'll start doubting things even if they haven't even read
the policies or rules.
