You are not the only one....they did this to me too. Took about 8% off my odds after I clicked them. 2 becomes 1.92,  1.50 becomes 1.46 etc

I found another person as well,so its confirmed they are limiting odds for people, even people who are not in alot of profit, like me.

Almost every book will reduce betting limits for sports, but very very few books will reduce odds as well, i always thought that was for abusers and people who won too much. But 2up seems to be doing it as they like for many people, and without informing them and going at it in a shady shady way

I believe that part of their terms DOESN'T suggest that their No-KYC service can be changed in the future. That merely suggests that their employees/admins KNOW what they're doing, and that means that there may be those situations that may delay some users' withdrawals.

It does NOT state that their service might ask for your proof of identity in the future.

Unethical,shady and Deceptive behaviour by 2up.io for sports bets odds on bets placed

I have been playing on 2up for past few weeks, and i came across a Very deceptive practive by 2up.

The odds that are shown are different (higher) than the odds which are put in betslip and eventually saved.

See below screenshots-
This is for multiple sports, live and prematch both. I have checked MLB,TENNIS,NFL. Example:

I noticed this by chance, who knows how many bets were placed on lower odds than what was shown ? They are cutting good 8-10% of potential profits.

I am not in huge profit on 2up that they need to do this, maybe few hundred up at best, if not in loss.

How many other people have they done this to ? I am sure many people dont even check what odds the bet was placed on, very very scammy behaviour IMO. Even bc.game does not do this and offer odds exactly as what the bets are placed at.

I have not contacted support yet, i know what their answer will be, some BS about clearing cookies/cache etc.

As a sports bettor for more then 10 years, i highly advise everyone to not use 2up for sports betting, or be very very attentive if you do. Who knows what other shenanigans they might be upto ? This is basically stealing money from us.

Are you sure you made a deposit? I'm sure you already did. Or it could be a network issue or technical issue from the casino's end. I suggest you try and select another market and see if it is only for the Manchester City game.
Maybe you should try closing the tab and try again or at least contact customer support for assistance if you keep experiencing the same thing.

You're right and this is the best thing to do before creating a thread against them. First try and reach out with every means possible and if it fails then you can proceed with creating a thread. Casinos should know that fast response and reliability is a good way to win customers over.

Its not a cache/network/cookies issue 1000%. I have tried multiple sports,markets,devices,isp,vpn. They have set lower odds on my account wide on sports. It becomes even more obvious as esports doesnt have this, probably due to a different provider. Esports bets work normally but sports are offering 5-10% lower odds.

When I reopened, they were performing maintenance on the sportsbook. Hopefully, there will be an interesting update. Exploitation can happen anywhere for high-rollers, not just at 2up, but at almost any casino.

I think the reason scam accusation board came to my mind was because the old post he made didn't get any response from the rep and also because there was an additional compliant from a new user.

In the user second post he shared screenshot of his conversation with the support, this thread wasn't his first means of trying to reach the site, but he got ignored and if scam accusation board would makae them acknowledge his complaint then he should do it. That's what I would also do if the whole conversation with support doesn't work out and I am also being ignored here.

Plus if the admins of the casino decide to do a maintenance update, then that's actually GOOD. Although, they should communicate that with their users to avoid having the same issue that you went through.

I was going to suggest giving the OP a couple of days to see if he will respond here and address this issue, but I realized that you posted about this more than a week ago and the OP hasn’t been online for more than three weeks. Given the above, I think it’s totally fine to create a scam accusation thread against them, not only to bring their attention to this matter but also to warn other users who play at their sportsbook who aren’t aware that the odds displayed before placing a bet aren’t the same as the ones that actually get accepted.

I don't think any genuine reason could probably make an op of a thread to completely go off line for almost a month. Especially on an official thread like this if not some dirty stuff or something that isn't clean or shady. However, i have warned severally that we should be more careful because people will aways appear to be real at the start but at the end become wild and likely prove how sensable they are. And to be save, let's just be always watchful while choosing a casino and avoid attractive offers. Hence it's not always what we think.
