Guys, SageSwap has launched a prediction contest on their X page.
Price Prediction Contest: Win Monero from a $500 Prize Pool!
Does SageSwap only hold prediction contest in X? It will be great if SageSwap also holds the prediction contest in Bitcointalk forum as well.  Wink
By the way, the rules looks quite friendly. Any person can easily follow the contest. I'm sure there must be huge number of people to follow the contest.

I'm trying to get a quote in standard swap mode and I'm having trouble getting it, and when proceeding with the swap, it's not possible to continue.
An error message appears stating that the pair is not available and to try again in a few minutes.
Pair BTC x USDC(Polygon), USDT polygon too with same problem
I don't see a problem with the pair USDT (Ethereum) and USDC (Ethereum). Meanwhile other pairs look having the same problem. It said 'the pair temporarily unavailable'. If you don't mind, you can swap to USDT (Ethereum) and USDC (Ethereum). But if you only want to swap to USDT Polygon or USDC Polygon, you should try to contact SageSwap support. Have you contacted them?

Hey, If the transaction isn't going through, please wait a few seconds and try again.

Since the launch of the new site, we've seen double the traffic on our site, plus other issues that, unfortunately, are just part of the process.

Just wait a moment, and you'll be able to create the transaction.

This should be fixed this week.

Most of our issues have been resolved.

You should no longer encounter errors when creating transactions or during transactions. However, single errors may still occur, so please report them to support whenever possible.

Interesting that all your pairs are about 0.2x the Exolix minimum and 0.6x the maximum, and the rates are exact within 0.99-1.01x. Also swap pairs that aren't in Exolix are market " temporarily unavailable " in SageSwap. Are you using a CEX for liquidity?

Hi, I just wanted to let you know that when exchanging currency, keep in mind: their commission can end up being much higher if you choose a floating exchange rate.
I’m a long-time customer—I’ve been using their services for a long time, as have my clients.
They don’t care about your complaints; they won’t even refund a single dollar.
This exchange is a total scam when it comes to fees—I can’t think of another word to describe it. Even though it’s a good exchange, they don’t care about their customers.
Today I ran into a situation where I was exchanging Monero for U.S. dollars at a rate of 526 dollars. At that moment, there weren’t even any confirmations yet to lock in the rate, but the price instantly jumped to 548, and they didn’t recalculate the rate for me—instead, they credited me with even less money than at the time I placed the order. Out of 100 exchange transactions, I’ve had to message them on Telegram 70–80 times just to complete the exchange—is that normal? I don’t want to message anyone; I want to do everything through the website. They say they’re swamped with orders, that there’s a backlog, etc.—so why take on such a large volume then?
Simply put, I have no complaints about them—the service is really good—but their commission is too high for me, and I don’t like that they calculate or set the exchange rate whenever it’s convenient for them, not for you. If I’m losing 20–50 bucks on every exchange like this, I’d rather look for another service.
Good luck to everyone

We have our own reserves for most coins, but for USDT/C we sometimes use a third party, we’ve already discussed this here on the forum. That’s one of the reasons why USDT/C isn’t available in NO AML Mode.

Oh, right, two employees told me about you a while back.

That guy who chooses the Floating Rate and, when the XMR rate drops, writes to Support saying he got 5 USDT less than he should have.

When it went down, I didn't even say a word to you, and I never wrote anything—I only wrote when I was actually getting paid less.
For $5, I didn't even bother to get up, and I didn't waste my time on you.
I wrote an honest review—I didn't bash your service, but I pointed out the pros and cons that I noticed and didn't like.

I think the site’s design has changed. It wasn’t like this when I first visited the site. The last time I logged in was in February. Right now, about $12 worth of BTC is being converted to $7.60 worth of USDT. Isn’t that a bit of a high fee?
Isn’t the maximum fee for a standard swap 2%? What am I missing?
It seems like there isn't much of a difference between floating-rate and fixed-rate.

It says that for amounts up to 50 bucks, the fee will be 5–7 percent or more.

I just took a look at the FAQ section, and I think it would be better if this were also mentioned on the website.
It says 6% in the FAQ section, but the percentage here is higher. There’s a loss of about 40%—am I wrong?
Isn’t that too much? Doesn’t that mean it’s not actually capped at 6%?

Support will answer that question—they're on Telegram, so you can message them there.
I can't answer because I'm just another sucker who, like they said, is venting my complaints here for 5 bucks.

Add the cost of sending USDT, known as the gas fee
For example, this information needs to be specified on the site when making a transfer. Once people know how much the gas fee is and which network the transfer is going from and to, they’ll be more likely to want to make a transfer via that network. After all, not every network charges the same gas fee. This means that if you’re transferring from the BTC network, you’ll pay a fee of about $4 at that time.

The information that gas fee is added is provided in the FAQ, besides, every swap adds a gas fee, so this is standard.

We don't specify the gas fee amount because we state everywhere that the fee and other charges are already included in the amount you'll receive.

The general information of the transfer fees are found in FAQ. It is 1%-2%, meanwhile for small transaction (under $50) will be up to 6%. I think it is clear enough for the general information. For the further information about comparing the fees for each network, you can just click "get rate". But, it is true that it will be clearer if there is a specific information about the transfer fees for each network.

Yep. However, I think it is a good idea if there is information about the transfer fees of each network to use.  Smiley

I once again exchanged Bitcoin for USDT on the Solana blockchain. After two transactions were confirmed, I received the USDT within 5 minutes.
I sent slightly more Bitcoin than I had specified for the exchange, and the service recalculated the amount I received.
Sageswap is very easy to use, and the rates are good.

I would also like to remind that SageSwap has an affiliate program. Rewards are paid in XMR (min. 0.2 XMR).

A network fee could have been displayed—I honestly don’t see it. In my opinion, this is a shortcoming. It would be nice to have a table showing network fees on the side, or to have them specified there when making a swap—shouldn’t people be able to see exactly where their money is going and how much the network fee is?

The updated UI is truly impressive, the ones who like dark theme enjoys such interface a lot. I have not swapped at the site after the update but I hope the swap experience will be further improved with the update.
