Okay, may I know their response on the email following the request? And if there were only silence, what other effort of self exclusion had you raised to let them know that you're a problematic gambler that's actively trying to exclude himself?

If they have nothing about how to apply for self-exclusion and no rules about accepting E-Mail self-exclusion as an application route in the old terms and conditions you may have the right here. But The only evidence you posted is your Email without their response.

I have sent follow-ups to support@toshi.bet, selfexclusion@toshi.bet, and even compliance@toshi.bet. I have posted my initial email from December 2nd, and the fact that I have zero replies after 50+ days proves they are intentionally ignoring their own mandatory exclusion route.

• Live Chat (Jan 9th): I told them clearly I was a gambling addict. Instead of a permanent ban, they closed and then immediately reopened my account, claiming it was "impossible" to set limits.
• Second Account for Contact: I eventually created a second account just to reach them via live chat since they ignored my emails.
• The Smoking Gun: they admitted they identified this second account as a duplicate of my self-excluded one on Jan 15th to deny a bonus, but they deliberately chose not to ban it so I could keep depositing.

They didn't just ignore me; they actively monitored my activity and chose to only act when it protected their profit, while leaving the door wide open for me to lose over $7,000 as a known addict.

Umm... okay, before we proceed further with me inquiring things from Toshi's side, I believe we are in a common understanding that you're giving me consent to "be your eyes" and see the counter-evidence that Toshi has against you, that I might or might not be able to share to public or even you as they're set to be strictly for-my-eyes-only basis.

And that if you both take me as your bridge, my final call is binding for you both? I assure you and Toshi that what's shared with me will be kept private and will be evaluated with utmost attention.

• Secondary Account Data: Check the chats where they admitted from Day 1 they knew it was a duplicate, and the logs showing they denied my first deposit bonus for this reason on Jan 15th.
• Technical Logs: Compare IPs, MAC addresses, and internal funding/transfers between both accounts.

They identified me to protect their profits but refused to block me to protect my health. I trust you to see through their silence.

OP, I'd like to uhh... copy two methods used by a casino to verify things more thoroughly, if you don't mind?

Is it possible to produce the whole screenshots of email from above, in video format? I'd like them to be on third party perspective, so get one phone to record [borrow your friend's if you only have one] and one phone that has access to your gmail, navigate to google play [or apple store, or huawei-whatever, whichever app the phone use to browse and install app], and type "gmail", so I'll see that the recording of the mail will be from google's authentic app instead of a clone app, then slowly navigate to the email as per shown on the screenshot.

I'd also appreciate if you can have a watch or a timer or whatever time-anchor shown constantly on the recording, so I will know without any fancy app or system that the video is not tampered.

I know it sounds like so much trouble, but I'll really appreciate it if  you can produce for me.

Upload the video to gdrive and set it to "public", to "anyone with link", but only share the link with me through PM. This way, your privacy is protected as the recording is "public", yet private as only I have the access to it, as well as keeping me from doxxing myself as I won't need to log-in and show you my email address to review the emails.

I am not trying to make it difficult for you by keep on requesting things, but... given your choice of your recording device, is it possible to reverse the "role"? Where you record with the secondary device, and access email from the laptop? Because I really can't see much details from the file you sent me.

Given the reversed role, I understand that playstore-and-its-equivalences are not possible to be used to verify the authenticity of the "app" you're accessing, so I'll appreciate it if you keep the address bar visible, access google, and type "mail" on the search bar, so google will [most likely than not] suggest mail.google on their list.

And uhhh, keep the watch next to the laptop, that way, you don't have to wear them funny [lol].

Again, though I am flattered by your confidence in my by proposing me access to your email so I can take look around myself, I have to decline as [1] again, this is about you providing things to me rather than me obtaining it myself. I need the proof to be given, though rather "involuntarily" as I put you in the blind of what I am really looking for [and it seemed to work so far, given I actually interested in uhh... other things than the whole emails itself]. And [2], me accessing your gmail account will automatically doxx me as it'll reveal my geolocation, and I've never associate myself with any specific nationality the whole time of my forum life, as I want to stay neutral... and unknown.
