i got scammed by this site for 200€
I deposited 200€, placed a bet, got refunded because the event didn't happen, they change the whole site and deleted my account after telling me to create a new one, without adding me the money i deposited.
It's been around 15 days and they didn't fix the problem.
Do you have proof for these claims? Even if your story is absolutely true, if you don't have at least decent proof for your claims unfortunately this will not lead to anything. People could see it as a competitor writing false information against this casino. Please send me my funds. Once you do I will confirm it here and you will have no problems with me anymore. If I do not receive them before Sunday, which marks the moment of a full week of waiting, then I will open an official scam accusation. I have screenshots of all my bets, deposits, emails and Telegram conversations.
There is absolutely no reason to wait a full week for a case like yours. Especially when the funds are primarily your own, there is no reason for them to be withheld -- it is not like this casino is doing AML analysis or something, and many explanations as to why withdrawals are delayed are mostly going to be bullshit. Make sure to start composing a well structured thread with all the evidence to open your Scam Accusation in the meantime. Go ahead and open it. Have a withdrawal that's been pending now for just over 12 hours, made a couple of withdrawals in the past week that have been completed within 3 hours from when requested. Hopped on the live chat to enquire and was told that withdrawals can take up to 24 hours to be processed. Not sure if that's a new stipulation from betmoco but the 'instant withdrawals' tag line shouldn't be paet of their vernacular going forward. Will update if I receive my withdrawal within the 24 hour timeframe
What amount are we talking about? Make sure to document everything so that you have proof in case that things don't resolve in the proper way. It's obvious the casino turned out to be a scam, and no one will ever receive payments again.

It's obvious the casino turned out to be a scam, and no one will ever receive payments again. Just look at how cheap and unprofessional their ridiculous website looks. It looks like it was run by a kid in their parents' basement; this isn't a serious company. Then see that they're only on Bitcointalk... what serious casino advertises only on Bitcointalk? After all, Bitcointalk doesn't count in the gambling world, and you can't get much traffic from that forum, at the beginning they could have processed the withdrawal to gain trust and propose Ultra Hight roller promotion hahaha, to make a deposit above $5000 to such a primitive and new casino, you have to be as stupid as a brick. We want to address the latest comments clearly and directly.
First and most important: the site is active and withdrawals are being processed. This is not a claim without basis — multiple users in this very thread have already confirmed receiving withdrawals over the past days, including within hours in some cases. Others are still pending due to the same abuse-review batch we have explained several times.
To clarify a few key points:
1) Withdrawal status Close to 85% of the withdrawals affected by the abuse review have already been processed. The remaining ones are in the final stage and are being handled manually to ensure accuracy and security. This is exactly why some cases take longer than usual — not because of lack of funds or avoidance of payment.
For users who were fully cleared (including the $5133 case mentioned): As stated in private communication, the withdrawal is scheduled to be processed before Sunday, as already agreed. Once completed, we expect — and welcome — confirmation here.
2) Bonus vs non-bonus withdrawals - Non-bonus withdrawals are normally processed instantly or within a few hours, as several users here have already experienced. - Bonus-related withdrawals are subject to review. This is standard practice across the industry and not unique to Betmoco.
3) “Instant withdrawals” wording We agree with the feedback. During this temporary review period, withdrawals may take up to 24 hours. Once the backlog is fully cleared, we will return to normal instant processing.
4) Claims of “no players / no traffic” This is simply incorrect. Tournament activity slowed during the abuse review because several promotions were paused intentionally. This was done to stabilize the platform, not because the site is inactive.
5) Scam accusations & license speculation Throwing around the word “scam” does not make it true. - No license has been revoked. - We are in the process of moving to a new Anjouan license for strategic market reasons, which we already explained transparently.

From Saturday till Monday you were saying it would be processed on that same day, and at one point you even said you would do it manually. Then you came up with that abuse research bullshit, and even when I was confirmed to be cleared of that, which is now 2 days ago, you still do not process it. And then your reasoning to delay "to ensure accuracy and security" is also complete bullshit. What is there to be ensured? Sending btc to a btc address is not rocket science. You asked me twice to re-confirm my address, both via Telegram and email. How much more security do you need? Just fucking send it! The Sunday deadline was never agreed. It is just my decision that I will open a scam accusation on Sunday if I still don't have the funds, that is all. That has nothing to do with an agreement between you and me. You keep repeating that lack of funds is not the reason, well PROVE ME WRONG by sending the funds now then. If you wanna make a statement then that is the only way. I will be man enough to immediately report it here once I receive the funds.

@MarioGls, give Betmoco.com a benefit of doubt and let's see what happens in few weeks from now, this is how most gamblers usually become very skeptical about a new casino but at the end they can turn out to be good. Most of the casinos we have today also started from scratch with just few or no customer during the early days of their existence but as they start to market and advertise their company, they started gaining customers. Marketing/promotion is what attracts customers to every business or company and I doubt if this casino has been promoted in any other platform apart from this forum. If they take their marketing serious, they would grow their customers base. I can not say for sure whether the have intentions to scam or not but we can not also conclude that it's a scam casino. I will start by making a deposit and stake on a few weekend sport game, if I win, then I will check out the withdrawal process.

It’s really important for a casino team to respond quickly whenever users have issues on their gambling site. This is where building trust with players starts. If they see that the support is accommodating, the users themselves will surely handle the promotion or campaign just by telling their friends about it. The good reviews we read about a casino become secondary though they still help add 'points' to a gambling website, especially in this crypto market we’re in.

I requested a withdrawal of a small amount (not even 4digits) and despite NOT HAVING received ANY bonus and deposited my own funds (made also 3-4 deposits) and used it on Sportsbook AND Casino ,it appears that no money have been sent to me 3hours later.
On the "Payments" section the withdrawal appears "Confirm" and I can't even cancel it so I thought that it would be instant but it isn't.
I talked with an agent on live chat and I was informed that "many cases of abuse are still being reviewed so you will receive the withdrawal within 20hours from now".
I tried to explain to him that I could NOT be in this target group since I didn't receive ANY bonus so I couldn't possibly be such an abuser and thus I shouldn't be treated like one either.
He told me that "we just have all withdraws held for 24 hours at the moment until the situation is fully solved..
Can't say that I am satisfied and I have a good amount in the account that is MY money with ZERO Bonuses taken (since I hate them for this exact reason)...
We wait and see until tomorrow.

Same as you, but i have made a couple of previous withdrawals over the past 10 days that were processed within 6 hours or me requesting a withdrawal. Confirm on their end doesn't mean sent, 'Balanced' does. My current pending withdrawal is just over 17 hours now and i've been told by the live chat it will be done within 24 hours & if it isn't to contact them again. Will update either way

When there’s an issue, they’ll investigate it, but maybe their system isn’t solid enough yet, so even accounts that aren’t involved end up getting affected during the process. Since you’re not even using bonuses, are your other withdrawals also being treated like this? Before, were your withdrawals instant, and only now they’re getting delayed because of this investigation? If that’s the case, then something clearly needs to be fixed ASAP, because it’s already affecting regular users who didn’t do anything wrong.

But since they already gave you an estimated time for the process, you might as well wait for it, because you don’t really have a choice, they’re the ones handling it. If after that you’re still not satisfied, then you can always try other casinos.
