Timeline: -31 Jan: withdrawal requested -1 Feb morning: told in Telegram "they will process it today" -1 Feb evening after I asked why it wasn't processed: "I'll make sure to tell them top priority" and "I left a note now with urgent care" -2 Feb afternoon: "okay I'll do it manually, give me adress and amount" -2 Feb evening: "you can expect it today or tomorrow, 21:00 Argentina timezone tomorrow is our absolute deadline" -3 Feb afternoon: "can you send an email with wallet and amount you wish to withdraw, inlclude the username and send from registered email?" -3 Feb evening: received an email with the following text: "We would like to inform you that your full balance has now been removed, rounded to the closest dollar, and is currently in the withdrawal queue together with the remaining withdrawals from the time of the abuse review. We have not found any issues with your account, and everything is in order."
After this: silence, no money.
I hope my fellow Bitcointalk members will not consider Betmoco trustable again just because 2 users reported receiving small payments. There are still people wating, and I am waiting one of the longest for sure. 6 days.
Betmoco promised in this topic yesterday that they will send me the funds before Sunday. So this is their last chance, if I don't have the money Sunday morning I will post my scam accusation topic.

Your case seems very close to mine sadly and I do feel like I am done with this site if I have to pressure them 24/7 for joke withdrawal amounts. I have requested one more withdrawal of the remaining balance of my account and will keep spamming them until I am paid out and done with this place honestly. Paying bettors of 50USD and claiming "look we giving out payouts" and not being able to process a withdrawal of the joke amount of 500USD within 2 business days is very worrying to me and I have been with them SINCE DAY 1! I will keep everyone posted at to if I even get my OWN MONEY at this point (because this balance is actually the money I have deposited myself on the site with NO bonus or PROFITS).

Second, when you signed up, did you receive a $20 welcome bonus or any other bonus from this casino? I assume that when the Betmoco admin responded to the previous complaints, they explained exactly what caused those issues. Those previous cases were eventually resolved a few days ago. If I recall correctly, the admin also explained that they are prioritizing withdrawal transactions for those who signed up without receiving a bonus. Can you provide some proof? Right now, these are just stories you’re posting, OP. We need some evidence for this to be credible. If what you're saying is true, they might already be conducting an investigation into your specific issue.

As confirmed by email on February 3rd, your account passed the review and your balance was placed in the withdrawal queue. Your last session has been approved. However, due to the recent bonus-abuse review, previous sessions within the same period are also being reviewed and therefore processed manually. This has caused delays beyond the normal timeframe. For clarity, between January 25th and now you received lossback bonuses of $1,500 and $2,606. As an observer only between the casino and players. We can’t distinguish or categorize generally that a user complaining abuse the bonus just because they share their experience. And I believe abusers is using that knowledge to looks like a victim and mislead users that they are the one in disadvantage. That’s why it’s important that casino handle all the case transparently as much as possible to avoid any confusion from these users.

That is not good at all, to say that it can be abused is probably a big understatement. When anybody can create many accounts and claim a bonus like this, there will be organized abuse of this. Generally there will be two groups of abusers, average users who will abuse with a few accounts at most and those who will try to abuse it systematically in large quantities and try to do some basic masking by using different wallets, IPs and so forth. This poses a huge risk for a new platform because it is limited in its bankroll and these resources are meant to attract loyal players. If instead they are exploited widely, this will not end. Therefore, we can conclude one of 2 things only in this case. Either this was done intentionally to lure in as many users and money as possible given the number of withdrawal issues, or this was done unintentionally and is a very badly designed bonus system. In the latter case they will have to stop this very soon. They can say the bonus is only for bitcointalk members and you need 100 merits and an account older than 1 year to receive the bonus. This makes abusing hard because I can only activate the bonus on one account and you need 20 accounts to abuse thus the number of abusers is lower
That helps, but it is not enough. There are massive account farms under the range that you have specified. We are talking about thousands of accounts that would make illegitimate claims on the bonus. im also waiting for like 6 2100$ since 31th january sadly now i got now 3 times lied to by the ceo

I read the last few pages and clearly saw that they have a tough job. They are fighting against those who try to abuse the system with multiple accounts. This causes short delays in withdrawals for normal users. I think this is normal. Frankly, if this casino were mine, I would also check all transactions manually. :)
This may seem like a disadvantage compared to competitors, but having an active representative on the forum and discussing issues there is positive in terms of trust. On the other hand, it's important to understand the psychology of users who have to wait longer than usual for withdrawals.
I wish the Betmoco team success. Staying afloat and doing business in this market is not easy. I hope they succeed. And good luck to everyone...

yeah bonus abuse is a real proble however casinos keep a close eye on it. Because there are some people who try to do all kind of manipulation such as opening multiple account, taking the same bonus repeatedly or trying to withdraw the bonus money before meeting the requirement. These are outside the promotion rule. Whenever someone is caught the casino confiscate the winning to keep themselves safe, cancel the bonus and can even permanently ban the account However, in my opinion stopping bonus altogether for fear of fraud is not a solution. Because new player are excited to join the site just by seeing the bonus. Most casino have no objection to giving bonus if you bet according to the rule

A lot of the cases have actually been resolved and many are being resolved. It seems they were overwhelmed by the number of players that joined their platform due to their exceptional bonuses, so the winnings seem big as well and from I read preciously, it seems some of the cases are being reviewed manually which take much time to do. I think patience is all that is needed to get everything resolved.

But I believe it’s better to avoid giving an ETA unless you are completely confident that you can meet it. You already missed the first deadline and that’s OK giving the circumstances, but you can’t count on users’ patience if this happens again (I hope we won’t go there, though).

Betmoco has 33 Users who have wagered more than $100 and OP claims he has 5 staff members exclusively working on the abuse review for 10 days straight by now. Yesterday's deadline (which was deadline number 6) was also missed to nobodies' surprise, after missing the deadline Betto said on Telegram that it's guaranteed the withdrawals will be approved by today. I'm already waiting for the next delay later today. I have been very patient and kind to him but at this point there is no way anybody can defend this behaviour anymore.

I understand that you are trying to keep the affected users and the community updated and reassure them that you are working on resolving the issue and that they will receive their money. But I believe it’s better to avoid giving an ETA unless you are completely confident that you can meet it. You already missed the first deadline and that’s OK giving the circumstances, but you can’t count on users’ patience if this happens again (I hope we won’t go there, though). I second the demotion. And that only leads to frustration. But on the other side, it also gives hope for them and makes them think that the team is working on solving the problem rather than being clueless. Not meeting the deadline is somewhat unacceptable, but in some cases, it can be reconsidered if the team gives a reason for missing it. It all matters how the casinos control the situation because I believe that these gamblers' rising complaints can be understood as long as they are aware of where the complaints go. Well, it is about openness and the casino admitting its mistakes rather than denying them.

I thought all the complains are beginning to fade off i guees not.I Hope Betmoco quickly resolve above complaints as no one likes to wait for days to get their money ..there is a reasonn people use crypto.
A lot of the cases have actually been resolved and many are being resolved. It seems they were overwhelmed by the number of players that joined their platform due to their exceptional bonuses, so the winnings seem big as well and from I read preciously, it seems some of the cases are being reviewed manually which take much time to do. I think patience is all that is needed to get everything resolved. The fact that some of the mentioned problems are already being addressed is a positive sign, but timely delays make a significant difference, particularly in crypto gambling where speed of payment is a major requirement. When Betmoco is performing a significant number of cases manually because it is doing checks on bonuses or checks on abuse of bonuses, it is reasonable, but it needs to communicate better with its customers. Consistent status posts will help calm down users and avoid reoccurring complaints. The boom of attractive offers is good, but the support capacity should also increase. Finally, trust cannot be reduced to payment with winners, but the rate and clarity of addressing issues.
