I have a small suggestion that instead of using relative words like "tomorrow" mentioning the exact date will make things clearer for the users. Different timezones and repeated updates often create confusion. Giving exact date + time will help everyone understand the same expectation. The task is not easy especially when you have to review many withdrawal manuals at once. I hope the process will normalize quickly and the pending withdrawals will be completed smoothly.
I have been very use to the word a lot to refer the next day but with what you said it is very correct because there are a lot of countries here and if I'm not mistaken I think all of them doesn't have the same time and that's to say that what the time is saying on one country is not the same with what another country would have so there would definitely be a misunderstanding from the word tomorrow if someone is using it for description, so actually the right way is using a date to differentiate it because a date is something that is usually accurate even with those differences on time. Although is good when the two people that's having the conversation has the same time in common, let's say your time and mine are the same then it could be very understandable.

It hasn't gotten to the extent where you start sharing private chats (if they are) on the forum, but all this would have been prevented if the team had given a specific time and wrapped things up.. instead of doing this, it would be better to wait till tomorrow if they don't meet up to the said time, then you can open a reputation thread and place your complains.. but I believe Betmoco will stick to the said date as this would proof to everyone that they are trust worthy and would also add to their reputation on the forum.. they have been doing well so far in terms of response time, but I guess because of the bonus, withdrawals had to go through these delays..hope to see them deliver today at said time and you all should as well give your feedback to confirm as well on the thread..

I think Betmoco already provided specific enough information they mentioned the time range (22:00-23:00) and included the timezone (CET). Players can easily convert this to their local time. Though I understand the suggestion about using exact dates could be helpful for clarity, especially when users review withdrawal history later.

You have an excellent point with the use of precise dates rather than the inclusion of relative words such as tomorrow. It is easy to cause confusion with users in different countries and time zones, particularly in cases involving withdrawal updates, or even deadlines of any kind. Communication would be considerably more understandable to all in the event of the use of a specific date and preferably the time in a typical format (such as UTC). It is also useful to prevent the repetition of follow up or confusion where the follow ups are regular. I concur that although tomorrow is acceptable in an individual talk, in the case of a global company such as Betmoco, accuracy is certainly the way to go.

Since I've just been informed that the "Payment Team" deadline of 14:00 CET will not be kept, here's my take and my actions: I just had a chat with Betto and now I'm 99% sure we're getting exit scammed, I wanted to give him another chance to provide any evidence before posting this but unfortunately there is zero willingness to provide even the slightest form of proof that they are working on the situation. He just acknowledged via Telegram that his ultimate deadline of today 22:00 CET is just another estimate, his words are he "expects" them to finish today, the same way he promised payouts to happen 6 times in the past 72 hours. Another case of no proof provided and just stalling for more time. My personal case has been escalated to the "Payments Team" three times and also escalated by Betto himself. My withdrawal of $2100 is pending for 84 hrs, after the first promise of approving it within 24 hrs, their owner promised me that im on the "12 hour list now" and it would be 100% paid out within 12 hours, this was 48 hours ago. At this point it is clear that they had the exit scam card up their sleeve all the way. First, they stole two identities to fake safety for their users: the CGA cert they posted here belongs to betbuq.com and now they are claiming to be "Innova Hub B.V." with the license OGL/2024/368/0697, which belongs to "timelesstech.io". While they are still actively communicating, I think they are hoping for a couple more sign-ups and deposits from new users. Most likely they don't have enough funds, which they are not obliged to have since they do not hold any license. I don't think the goal was to scam from day 1 but they were hoping for big deposits and losses that they would use to pay out other users and build a financial base from there. Now looking at the numbers, they have 49 players, of which 16 have wagered less than $100. This leaves us with 33 more or less active players. Their owner Betto claims that he has 5 full-time employees working on the anti-abuse situation for 10 days straight by now, which obviously doesn't add up in the slightest. A single employee could tackle that small of a userbase, even when cross-referencing every single bet, within 2-3 days. When my personal 12 hour deadline passed, Betto said that they still have not finished the "next batch of reviews" and he would let me know. This was even before the announcements in the forum here, which mark another 3 promises that were not kept. At this point this is simply being done to buy time, but nobody will ever sign up to Betmoco before this situation gets resolved. What's also worrying is that not in a single post from OP, he directly addressed the accusations but rather communicated very generic messages. No information about the stolen certificates and company identities. For example he keeps mentioning that the anti-abuse review is almost over for a week straight already. Multiple users have been directly contacted and told that their investigation was over and yet they are still waiting for their money for several days. He also keeps saying that "we can see" that many users are reporting to having received withdrawals. As of today it was two users that received low payout in the past 5 days. This morning I have prepped a police report and getting hold of the person behind it will not be too difficult since they use Binance, which requires KYC. If nothing happens today by 22:00 CET, my report will be filed on Monday morning with local cyber crime authorities. If you are affected you should do the same, unrelated to the sum you're being owed. It also makes sense to contact Playlogiq, the provider behind the site, as they also have KYC information about the owner of Betmoco. I'm not sure whether they want their service to be associated with cyber crime. Also it does not help if paid shills are saying everything is fine and everybody should wait. My rough estimation is that they are currently owing a minimum of $30.000 to their users (only counting the ones from this forum), this is significant money. Edit: now im being threatened to delete my post and live chat started ghosting me

No one can blame you elroy.
I will do my part if they deadline ends up getting broken again(very likely in my eyes) and I will write a thorough and harsh scammer's accusation and report against them on the 3-4 bigger betting forums on the web just so that NO ONE gets scammed the way we got.
Regarding the police report , is there any way you can make it so my own case (and I imagine cases from others here) are included on your own and pilled up to maybe have a bigger impact against them? I would be interested in that since in my country cyber security crimes are treated as a joke and are not handled properly by the police authorities. I am owned 2.3k USD personally if there is a small fee to pay for my report to be included in yours I will pay it.
There are screenshots of chats and everyone about all people that I have contacted working for this site and screenshots of my deposts/withdrawals , bets and everything.
I will approach the original owner of their odds provider and see what I can gather too like you did.
Atleast the waiting ends today and the actions start, either that means getting our money or atleast declaring the team working behind this site as criminals.

There are dozen payouts that NON-BONUS takers have requested (including the 2 withdrawals I am waiting for 3+ days now and receiving the same generic AI responds from their live chat agents) and NONE are being paid out.This is the message I received from one of their agents on telegram when I reached out YESTERDAY "Deleted Account, [2/7/2026 1:23 PM] Hey Deleted Account, [2/7/2026 1:24 PM] I see its legit gameplay, please dont post ont the forum and make the situation worse for us. Damn! I did have a hunch initially that this was a shady site after seeing their too good to be true promotions where literally no gambling site out there gives stacked cashbacks(daily plus weekly plus monthly) to newbies with zero wagering requirements.
The whole lossback scheme with such small wagering requirements seemed like an insane deal too. Investing big amounts into such relatively new sites is always a risky gamble.

We have sent out another batch of payments today. At this moment, the remaining list is down to only 13 users.
Following our internal review, 4 accounts have been permanently blocked for clear abuse.
We would also like to remind everyone that when posting in this thread, please try to stick to facts and confirmed information, not assumptions. Our reputation means a lot to us, and it is genuinely disappointing to see assumptions being presented as facts, especially while payments are actively being processed.
We have been extremely generous with deposit and lossback bonuses and have paid out almost all eligible users without issues. Unfortunately, it is sad to see that a small group chose to abuse these offers instead of simply enjoying them as intended.

We don’t want our daily work to be centered around abuse cases and reviews. Because of that, starting next week we will be integrating a new automated system that allows us to detect and verify potential abuse within seconds instead of days.
This will significantly reduce delays, improve withdrawal flow, and let both the community and our team focus on what truly matters: building the platform into something bigger and better every single day.
Our goal is simple: • Faster reviews • Smoother withdrawals • Less friction for legitimate players • More time spent on development, features, and growth
We had a really strong and positive start to the project, with great activity and engagement from the community.
At the same time, this launch period also came with challenges, including DDoS-style request attacks on the site and abuse of both standard deposit bonuses and the special Bitcointalk deposit bonuses.
None of these incidents resulted in any data access or security breaches — they were purely volume-based attacks and bonus abuse attempts. These situations have now been identified, mitigated, and blocked.
While it was unfortunate to deal with this so early, it also helped us quickly strengthen our infrastructure, tighten bonus protections, and improve monitoring systems moving forward.
We appreciate the patience of all legitimate players during this period. Our focus remains on fairness, security, and building a long-term platform that the community can trust.

Damn! I did have a hunch initially that this was a shady site after seeing their too good to be true promotions where literally no gambling site out there gives stacked cashbacks(daily plus weekly plus monthly) to newbies with zero wagering requirements.
The whole lossback scheme with such small wagering requirements seemed like an insane deal too. Investing big amounts into such relatively new sites is always a risky gamble.
And am certain a few unlucky punters did lose funds from the first try then it gets tougher when it comes to the wagering, am just hoping they sort all this before painting a bad picture about their brand especially for something that is new on the market, plus they have a signature campaign which kind of paints that intention of continuity of business.. Anyway we wait for next updates to defuse all this..

If any REAL user/client of the site has SUCCESSFULY RECEIVED "a banch of payments" as stated on the post above by BetMoco , of amounts MORE than 500USD (and NOT 20 or 50USD) , please come forward and inform the forum with a screenshot if it's not much hustle.
Until this happens , I am not believe a word of out of this.

Unfortunately another post that does not address any identity theft concerns and does not provide any evidences for payments carried out. Another batch of ghost payments that do not reach anybody complaining here. This post basically means that they will miss their final deadline of today 22:00 CET. You do not need to phrases of how you envision your platform to be, you need to pay out your users and hope the damage you've done isn't fatal to your reputation.

We posted this morning that we would have to push it towards tomorrow "Update We are expecting to complete everything tomorrow by 22:00–23:00 CET.
I have a small suggestion that instead of using relative words like "tomorrow" mentioning the exact date will make things clearer for the users. Different timezones and repeated updates often create confusion. Giving exact date + time will help everyone understand the same expectation. The task is not easy especially when you have to review many withdrawal manuals at once. I hope the process will normalize quickly and the pending withdrawals will be completed smoothly. Following the timeline is strictly being observed by frustrated users that affected on this delayed withdrawal so I agree on the suggestion that they should just give an exact deadline if they can assure that they will follow it. I’m still not losing hope on this casino since they are still giving updates and releasing partial withdrawal or else they should just exit scam immediately. Pressuring them now will affect users that still have pending withdrawals in case everything go south.

Just because they claim to have released "a banch of payments" doesn't mean its true.
I will only believe it if some bettor comes here and provides solid proof of his successful withdrawal from the site and please it has to be a decent amount and not 10USD.

We have sent out another batch of payments today. At this moment, the remaining list is down to only 13 users.
Following our internal review, 4 accounts have been permanently blocked for clear abuse.
All legitimate players will be paid out as the final part of the review process. The last 13 remaining accounts are currently undergoing final checks, and once this review is completed, withdrawals will be processed accordingly.
I was cleared from the "abuse research" 6 days ago as per your email you sent me, remember? So I cannot be included in those supposed 13 users left to be paid. But still I wasn't paid. What a coincidence......

you making the second person to complain about not getting your payments after the team already mentioned that more payment were sent but why making payment to be manual for players this only delays things and only raises unnecessary negative comments like what we are seeing right now and here.
