Damn, things surely took a sour turn. TBH, it's only natural people are gonna post if they have stuck money on a new casino. Take it from a player's POV, it is very anxiety inducing.

I am also curious about @Hendrikus51 case, because he claims he's been off the abuse review—cleared— but hasn't been paid yet, despite waiting for some days. What is the reason?

I was really hoping to read some good news and to see that this is over and everyone got their money, but unfortunately this is the second time you miss the deadline you set yourself. This is really unfortunate!
Seeing how things are getting out of hand, I might have to pause all form of promotion for Betmoco till they are able to resolve these issues.. I'm still hoping the withdrawals are released in the next 24hrs..Ive spoken with the team and they confirmed it will be sorted out in 24hrs.. for a new brand this is not a good way to earn the trust of potential players.. once everything is settled and the withdrawal system is back to normal then we might see how things would turn out.. for now their reputation is hanging at a very slight corner and if they don't take it seriously, they might end up ruining the little they've built on bitcointalk.. I'm pleading with everyone to be patient with them a bit..

We have all been patient enough, all that will happen today is another post of how we only want to tarnish their reputation and they are doing nothing wrong. Betto loves playing the victim card, everybody wants to damage their reputation and steal their funds.
Meanwhile on Telegram he's taunting and threatening his users, not surprised that I'm not the only one getting these messages.

I believe that the action of postponing promotion is a decent and responsible gesture in this case. Once a casino begins to miss their own payment funds, alarms are automatically sounded off by both players and partners. This is a very fragile space as far as trust is concerned, particularly in Bitcointalk where reputation is a significant concern. The fact that the team is still talking is good, yet words only do not suffice, users should be able to see the withdrawals being done. As a promoter or normal user, putting your name behind a platform should be taken seriously,  especially your user name and credibility. Withdrawal is the most basic expectation and users not being able to withdraw their funds is really discouraging. With a brand new platform, if people can deposit funds easily without having any form of issue but when it comes to withdrawal they are now struggling to access their own money. Omo, there are more serious problems out there and it's a big red flag.

The staffs responding to customers quickly feels fine,  but at this stage, your actions should speak more than your updates. Because when it comes to money, " we are resolving the issue" does not really calm people down,  people are not patient when it comes to money. The delay alone already creates a lot of doubt.

And pausing the promoting,  it’s not attacking the platform, it’s simply a way of protection for trust,  until the platform has proven that it can implement the most basic and essential parts of the system.  Automatic and stress-free payment to users promptly will increase trust. Deposits are AVAILABLE despite them claiming that they don't "encourage it".
Withdrawals are not available though:)

I haven't heard of a single person that received even a 500usd payout within the last 5-6 days.

My 2 withdrawals totaling 2.2k (my deposits are totalling 1.5k) are still pending (one for 6 days and the latter for 4).

Whenever I talk to the chat ,it feels like talking to an AI ("we are looking into it" ,"the financial team is on it", "I will talk to the manager" , etc)
Every time I reach out to them they give me a NEW agent to talk to on telegram which don't respond or when they do (hours later) they claim "I will help you get your withdraw later on today" and the day passes and I never hear back from them.

If you are bettor with more than 1year of experience on this crypto-betting community and you still think that all these are "honest issues that they genuinely trying to resolve , I think that you haven't gotten scammed enough times to see the true face of this business.

I believe that the idea of halting promotion is a fair and sensible step in the case. In cases where a casino is experiencing frequent withdrawal delays and missed deadlines, further promotion of the same can also hurt the reputation of a promoter. There is a lot of trust in this space, particularly in the case of a new brand that is attempting to establish a name. It is good that the team is already responding, but now words would have to be supported with quick and clear action. The following 24-48 hours will be the true test of whether they mean business to do this or not.

Also, it doesn’t make sense at all if they will still continue the promotion if the casino itself don’t allowed deposit for players to play. They are still resolving the withdrawal issue while they are still spending on marketing that doesn’t benefit them now aside from exposure to their current situation.

This situation is rough and I feel like this situation is deja vu from previous casino that offers a bonus that can easily be abused by multiple account.

Right now, it’s very hard to verify what’s really happening behind on all this cases.

They are accepting deposits as we speak, they are just trying to make you think they are doing anything to release these withdrawals. It's mindboggling to see how some of you guys have blind trust when they have not processed a withdrawal in days and have not provided any evidence whatsoever.
Try it out yourself, deposits are open, any user who does not read/follow this ANN will get scammed too.

I thought they are disabling deposits since this is the most viable option while they have ongoing investigation on their players that resulted to temporarily stop withdrawal function.

Sorry for my wording but I’m the only one assuming that they disable it since they are publicly discouraging deposit for now.

Opening deposit will just result for more complaints since some new user might be unaware on current situation.
On another aspect, since the team said their are working on fixing the issues, and deposits are discharged by the team publicly but option available on the casino, makes us to ask another question, wether is deposits and withdrawal were halted at the same time before, if Yes, then we can assume that they are working on restoring their services and wait for withdrawal to get in full function also, but if it other way around, that means a lot as regards to reputations.

Right now, it’s very hard to verify what’s really happening behind on all this cases.
I hope this problem gets solved soon, because when the campaign manager posted that the reason for the stop was “pending financial situation,” it honestly didn’t look good at first. If I were just reading that without context, I’d probably be worried too.

But that’s how it is sometimes, challenges like this really happen in business, and right now they’re already in the problem-solving stage, so all we can really do is be patient and see how things turn out.

I think the casino may be facing liquidity issues , there is no way they can sustain that bonus structure without enough bankroll

It's silly seeing some high ranking members still expecting them to restore their reputation after this entire mess. It's pretty damn evident that they ran out of money or intentionally planned to scam since the beginning with the latter making more sense here.

Them still allowing deposits was the final nail. I do feel for the ones that got screwed by them, but y'all never should have invested money that y'all weren't willing to lose in the first place. Don't get easily swayed by such too good to be true promotions people.

Appreciate you for pointing out the obvious, people take a few bucks per week to promote blatant scams.
I just filed my report with local cyber crime authorities, contacted the companies they are impersonating and also Playlogiq, which is the iGaming provider they are using.

Last time I checked, there were posts saying some withdrawals were already released, so I thought it was a positive development. But then after your post, I checked again, and it looks like there are more and more complaints now.

What I really like about them is that they don’t require KYC, and they’re also very new, the thread was just created this year but it’s already very active. Still, that makes me wonder if they’re just here to scam people.

And honestly, I’m also curious why no one has made a flag against their account yet, especially if these accusations are serious and true.
