My first response in here because I wanted to give them one more chance. I was probably one of the last people betting in Betmoco because I bet on the Superbowl and then a couple hours later the website suddenly was offline.
I deposited twice and lost way more than I won (never had a withdrawal), but when the website went offline I had $1120 in there. I was even 12 hours ago told that "we do not have any liquidity issues" and now this strange statement that 95% of funds is supposedly stolen. If true, you already knew that when you said there were no liquidity issues.
I also asked via Telegram if you can pay me out my remaining $1120 right now and you left that question unread for 12 hours. If you can send it to the address I mentioned right now, you give a sign of life to the community and maybe start to build up some trust. Even if this statement is true, then you can use that 5% remaining funds to send me this money. I will be honest and report it when I get it.

I hope nobody believes this and affected players proceed with the filing to police. Our money is gone, OP is literally LARPing and probably finds joy in continuing the communications. A few days ago he literally said they don't need to have anything in the hot wallet because their payment provider does the financial transactions:  In my previous post you can also see evidence of him claiming they took the website offline to prevent deposits and finish maintenance, now suddenly it's because of an attack targeting their non-existent hot wallet. The chances are very low now. The website is offline, which means they’re no longer communicating. There’s really no good reason to take it down if they’re still serious. Same here.. at this point I don't really know what to say about them. They reached out to me yesterday explaining what happened after days of silence (not cool at all). The fact that they hid all these information from me about their hot wallet was simply unprofessional and that information would have reduced the chances of all these drama we have now.. I already told them that they can simply start by sending out funds to all players and members of the forum which they owe. Then we can start from there. Aside that I don't see how any thing would matter right now. Words can't fix the kind of trouble they've gotten into, they've got to do the need full, if they want anyone to listen to them even the slightest..

The representative stated on his recent statement that their license was use by multiple casino and he tries to isolate their casino on this case from other casino connected to their license. They will not gonna easily run while they have license in connection with other casino that still operating or else all of them will be dragged down like what happened to 1xbet and company. I know why others believe this is an exit, particularly following the shut down and payment problems. When a platform fails in crypto gambling, the trust is lost within a short time. Nevertheless, in case they had any intentions of leaving scam, they most probably could vanish entirely rather than remain active on the forum and Telegram. Their existence in the future might be a sign of internal wars, economic issues or weak leadership and not a scam as to be planned. Nonetheless, active engagement cannot be the basis of legitimacy. It is only important that users get their withdrawals. Until there comes the time, care should be taken.

it screams - i wanna exit so hard rn - pretty much so  i don't think anyone there would get their funds back any time soon, but if they do.. well, i will be happy for them. i also liked how they treated the Hatchy situation. any new platform has a risk to bear, and this time.. the head rolled from the shoulders. The thing is: why are they not Exiting?? They have Shut down the website, they can cut communications and have Gotten Funds from people, then why Tf are they trying to look like they are Legit, and want to address everything. It could be that there are some internal conflicts between the owner or owners and one person got away with everything while the other is trying to save The Image of the Brand. I may be Wrong but I don't understand them still Being active here and On the Telegram with @elro123, if they were scamming ( They have but not exited) then why are they still active here. Probably because of their license. The representative stated on his recent statement that their license was use by multiple casino and he tries to isolate their casino on this case from other casino connected to their license. They will not gonna easily run while they have license in connection with other casino that still operating or else all of them will be dragged down like what happened to 1xbet and company. I hope they will fixed everything so that all affected players will recover their funds but the chance is too small considering that they are already sharing reasons instead of quick fixed on their situation. The license part of their statement is a lie as I've proven in one of my previous posts. The license they have stolen is from timelesstech.io, not from Playlogiq, I've already contacted both entities but no replies so far. Betmoco does not, and never had, a valid license.

We already know this from the very start, but there are still gamblers who don’t see it as a real risk, especially when a casino doesn’t require KYC, so they think it’s just more convenient. For them, no KYC means easy access, less hassle, so they don’t think twice. But this is what usually happens they don’t really have legal personality at all. So if something goes wrong and it turns into a legal issue, it’s not easy to fight back. You first have to find who’s really behind it, and honestly, that’s already the hardest part.

Playlogiq must also release this information once authorities are requesting it. It will take a couple of months for sure, but the person behind Betmoco will face the legal consequences.
