Focusing on winning does give positive energy to gamblers. But if the win is not achieved and the expectation of winning is too high, it is also not good for gamblers. Losing can actually lead to excessive regret because what is gained does not meet expectations. I don’t know about other people, but I consider each gambling session to be over at that moment. So when starting a new gambling session, I don’t take what happened before into account.

Well, the thing is that over expectation and confidence is mostly what leads to alot of the regrets many gamblers face or go through in gambling, it's not always about the amount of money spent and lost in the process, most gamblers expect too much and allow themselves to be over confident in a game like they are 100% sure it will play in their favor, isn't this another major reason that leads lots of gamblers into staking amount they clear know they can't afford to lose?

We all know or should know that it's absolutely normal thing to lose money to gambling, but there are some reactions, like the way we react to this that is not normal especially when we already know it's normal to lose, and what causes this reaction most of the time is the fact we were over expectant, confident in a potential win like there's zero chances of losing.

On the moment that you are winning up some amounts then it would be that boosting up that confidence and greed on which you would be having that kind of perception that you can be able to make more money with that on which this is that a very wrong way of thinking specially when you are dealing with gambling on which we know that it is that very dangerous because it would be affecting out your finances. Unlucky is the most appropriate word for a situation of such defeat. And often when we are unlucky, we regret that misfortune and imagine not having placed a bet on the wrong choice. Unknowingly, similar situations will continue to occur in the next few bets. And we will only complain because of the bad results.

Exactly, Gambling is a source of entertainment which means it’s already not serving its purpose if you are just feeling bad while playing due to the losses you are experiencing.

I do the same of stopping gambling if I feel that I’m not getting anything good on my game rather than more losses. There’s always a time that most of our bets are losing and that’s a signal to stop.

Not really, it is just statistics and there is nothing that favours me in a gambling scenario, which means I should be losing long term. Of course there are times when I lose more than I should based on statistics, but I also know that there are times when I win more than I should and all of that averages out where if I gamble long enough then I lose just as much as I should be losing.

This is why I do not feel "unlucky" because it is just statistics on long enough betting and gambling.

This just reminds me of the gist my friend gave me yesterday. When you gamble, such thoughts come to mind, but you should keep all these thoughts away and gamble and use a very small amount of money for gambling so that you do not regret losing money. I never feel guilty when I lose in gambling because I have accepted gambling as entertainment and use a very small amount of money in gambling, due to which I can easily accept my defeat. Those who use gambling as a means of earning money and use a lot of money in gambling feel guilty when they lose in gambling.

No other feelings cause is either you are feeling unlucky that you are losing or a feeling of luck cause you are winning. The first thing that will come to mind when we are having bad bets is that we are unlucky and next we do is strategize on how the result can change and have us in luck.

You can find players that depends strongly on their strategy and do not agree that the factor of luck is what determines largely what their bet result may be, and it makes them conclude that the strategy they applied was not a good one which was the cause of the losses. What they do is changing one strategy to another which brings them to  major losses.

If a person loses by gambling and becomes restless and feels unlucky, then that person did not gamble for fun, he gambled mainly for the purpose of making money. We know that gambling is mainly for entertainment, gambling for the purpose of making money is not a right decision at all. When we gamble with money we can afford to lose, we don't get overly excited, which allows us to keep our composure no matter what the outcome of the gamble. We don't feel unlucky, which gives us self-control, reduces the risk of losing money, and allows us to enjoy the fun of gambling.

I think this feeling is felt by most gamblers sometimes. Personally, I think it's too early to think yourself unlucky after having only 2 losses out of 5. When you have consecutive losses.. I'm talking about having losses in 2 to 3 months in a row, then you could comfortably think yourself to be an unlucky individual.
For some, when they lose, they mostly think of all the things they felt they must have done wrong and how if they would have done otherwise would have led them to a win. This feeling probably happens when the individual has used quite a bit more than he could afford to place his bets and is likely now regretting his moves.

You having this feeling is not weird nor out of place because every gambler out there feels the same way you do whenever they don't win so it's not out of place nor a weird feeling, but most at times from my study I have seen that this feelings comes from those that plays for Money not entirely for fun , what I mean is that people that gamble solely for survival and that's there only means to get money, once they loose they always feel very unlucky with regrets.

When one gambles the end point is to make money but when our expectations of winning is not forthcoming we feel sad, it's natural to feel so because our expectations didn't come to pass and basically gambling has to do with lots of luck, one has to be lucky before you can win, it's not something that happens frequently it comes rarely but  when gambling let's try and gamble with an amount we can afford to loose without feeling bad.

Precisely, it's odd to attribute the outcome of a match to your luck as if your luck or unluck somehow determined how that particular match will play out, it's natural for us to feel unlucky when we lose but that doesn't mean we were a factor on the outcome of the game, the game would have ended the same way had we not placed a bet on it in the first place, the best thing to do is to accept our losses and move on from it rather than trying to dwell on it.
