The default miner config is too heavy for my 7870.
My 7950 are working with no hiccup and desctop is workable at the same moment.
My 7870 on the other hand is realy strugling, like mining scrypt at extreme difficulty.
Can I edit the .bat in order to make it alittle lighter?
Right now you cannot do it, but I will add "-hc" option in next release to specify number of hashes that are processed at once, it will help.

What are exactly the performance of the 290x on v2.0 ? I am a bit surprised by my results. I found 4 blocks in 24hours (wish it was solo mining, the payout for one card is not that great in regard of that...)
Here what I got: 172766 4ch/h 120.8 7ch/h 11.99 8ch/h 1.33 9ch/h 0.355 10ch/h (4 over the running time which should be around 12hours, 3 blocks)
Is this consistent with what other find ? (8 10ch/day looks like a lot.... ) I am using catalyst 14.3, the card is oc to 1080/1300 and I use 6thread of a 3770 OC at 4.1GHz

I found out that when i mine other coins, especially the coins with low energy consumption(like X11 coins), at the same time mining XPM without turning the rig off, it gives me almost at same speed of XPM and little shrinkage of other coins, can Claymore or someone else explain this

eg, i use 290,the 4ch is about 150000, first i turn on the xpm miner, after a while, i turn on the other miner(cgminer), the 4ch almost kept the same, and cgminer about 70% percent of full run

@Claymore: Are you considering getting donations for releasing a solo miner version? I think a lot of people would want to solo mine with your miner and that would be healthy for the network. Also, do you consider supporting older cards, like 5xxx series? Ty!

+1 It's 3rd time I'm asking for it ;-) Even in new version of XPM client there is option to send some part of block found to address specified. "* Added an automatic donation feature when a new block is found. The -donationpercentage allows a percentage of the block reward to be donated to an address. E.g. passing the command-line parameter -donationpercentage=1.5 will donate 1.5% of every block to the developer. Alternatively, this value can be set in primecoin.conf. Also, the default address can be changed using -donationaddress." Anyway I dont think we will have solo miner fast, people are greeeeeeeedy ;-d and it seems there is hard co-operation of our beloved dev. and ypool for their 13%; dont forget that if miner is for only 1 pool that have bigger profit. I dont know for others are doing, but for me solo mining would mean more than double profit.

Anyone can help setting up one?

"-donationaddress" won't work, because there is no way to check from the miner if you use this option. I'm not cooperated with ypool in any way, I selected it because I already mine there for a few months and this is the only pool that supports dev fee.

trying to mine on my i7's hd 4000 graphics without luck. the device listed as pci bus 0, device 2, function 0 my 7950 is pci bus 1, device 0, function 0
so i would assume di would need to be set to 2 since 0 runs on my 7950, however says device can not be found. anyone have a clue how to make this work?
