Ok I'm seeing 21 active connections now on my wallet, here's how:

Keeping the port closed when starting the wallet, open it after 5 mins or so. In couple hours, the connections shoot up.

should we change rpcport=7332 to 9911 in the .conf file?

Don't do it. "rpcport" port is used for the miner only, not for primecoin network.

Please read Readme and FAQ in the first post of this thread before asking any questions, probably the answer is already there.

then should we just open the port 9911 from router than leave everything default?

When changing settings, how long should we wait to see 4ch before trying a new setting? 15 mins, 30 mins, hours?

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

It's all luck.

I've hit 4 blocks in 5 hours with 15 cards running:

Am I wasting my time trying to solo with only 8 connections in the wallet? I tried the port forward. The UPUPN (don't remember exactly) is check on the router also.

Just want to know since I am about ready to leave for work and might need to put the cards back to YPool. I don't want to be mining for 12 hours for nothing.

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

I am very interested how you scramble EXE file ?
I am afraid of such miners to run, because it can be a miner + trojan horse...
