Can anybody mining with 290 (non-x) Tri-x share their 4ch rate ?
I get only 17xxxx which is similar to reference 290 card !
Tri-x should produce more, I have read someone is getting over 2xxxxx

I run with stock rate (no OC) i.e. Core 1000 & Memory 1300

Can someone mention better core/memory combination to reach above 200k 4ch ?

core 1025 or 1000, mem 1500
on a 7950 i get 119,353 currently with 1100/1500
make sure you're setting the miner at 4 cores and higher cpu usage

Thanks for the reply, but 7950 is different from 290 Tri-x
I don't think we need to increase memory for it, rather I get better result by decreasing it upto 1000 for scrypt or heavycoin mining.
Yes, core could be increased for sure. I was getting optimum result for heavycoin mining with 1100 core & 1000 memory but
when I use the same setting for this miner, it crashes after 15-30 min.

I am using
-Motherboard : Intel DZ87KLT-75K
-Processor : Intel Core i5 4660
-PSU : Cooler Master Silent Pro 1200 Gold
-RAM : Corsair Vengeance 8GB (Single Stick)
-3x GPU : Sapphire 290 Tri-x OC edition (2 directly attached to MB & 1 on USB powered riser)

Please post your 4ch result & core/memory setting to obtain that.
As I said earlier I get only 177k with stock rate (1000/1300) & not at all satisfied with it.

BTW with the above 3 cards my Processor is using 30-35% of the resources.

Just curious.

How long does it take a block to mature once in your wallet?

If you are going to leave your BTC on an exchange please send it to this address instead 1GH3ub3UUHbU5qDJW5u3E9jZ96ZEmzaXtG, I will at least use the money better than someone who steals it from the exchange. Thanks Wink

if you can do 1100/1500 go for those clocks.
then restart your mining.

roughly you should land around
190,964 if not higher.
my 7950 was just a reference, not too hard to figure out what your card should do in comparison.

i'm waiting 2 days now and its still not mature.

With 15 cards (4x 290, 4x 280x, 7x 270) I found 4 blocks in less than 4 hours yesterday, then nothing for 16 hours, but then two more blocks in an hour this morning.  Been mining solo for 22 hours now.

https://www.dropbox.com/s/lb7wb51zrm2i9ag/6blocks.JPG

That's only a little better than I would have earned in 24 hours on ypool based on my average for the last week.  There's two hours to go for a full 24 though, could get lucky still.  Smiley

Interestingly enough, each card type has found 2 blocks...2 blocks for the 290s, 2 blocks for the 280x, and 2 blocks for the 270s.

I think it crashes because you have two cards on board and when you overclock them,  they overheat or something.

I know that you stated in the read me that older cards are not supported, but it would be a niche if you can update the miner to be able to use HD6xxx/HD5xxx series cards. Other miners lack that and it would be an interesting challenge too, plus an advantage.

It would be a waste of time. These card dont break even anymore. Better work on cards that really earn something.

No it doesn't overheat, I have all setup in a server room with A.C. always on & with fan speed at 85% I hardly get any card over 50 degrees Celsius, so I don't think it crashes because of overheating or something. I even tried with a single card loaded to 16x PCIe 3.0 slot (no riser) still it got crashed after few minutes of hitting over 190k 4ch.

I could mine well with scrypt & heavycoin miner with same overclocking without crash upto 4 cards on single 1200 W Gold PSU (2 attached to MB & 2 on 1x to 16x USB powered risers)

Some of those cards are more powerful than some of the mid to low-end GCN cards, especially the 5850,5870,6950,6970,5970 and 6990.

Right from the wallet guys:

Code:
Generated coins must mature 3200 blocks before they can be spent. When you generated this block, it was broadcast to the network to be added to the block chain. If it fails to get into the chain, its state will change to "not accepted" and it won't be spendable. This may occasionally happen if another node generates a block within a few seconds of yours.

About 25%.  200k 4ch with my 290s at 1100mhz, 140k 4ch with my 280x cards at 1200.  2 CPD vs 1.5 CPD solo rating.  75k 4ch and .8 CPD for my 270s.

10ch has to be higher than the current difficulty.  In your screenshot, you would need higher than 10.815227 to find a block.
