Can the community put together a bounty for a website?

I really think this coin has potential but it needs some infrastructure.

I'd be willing to donate some VC towards that.
Yes dev if you'd create a donation wallet for bounties it'd be a great idea.

can't agree more Smiley

Dev, since this coin is 0 Premine, we all need to support it as a group.
Please setup donation VC address for bounty & a Bitcoin address for development like android, MAC & ATM support.

What you guys think, I know Android & ATM developers require payment in BTC, it will help all of our investments. Good to see Virtual Coin now listed on Download.com, the last time I check only 3-4 coins ever was listed by them, so expect a major thrust from general public joining VC in coming days.

I also support setting up donation wallet for VirtualCoin & Bitcoin towards development.

Was going to add some hash to this but cannot sync the wallet. No connections even adding the mentioned nodes trying to get started.

I got 12 nodes connected. Not sure why you would have this issue, try adding one of these...

are you solo mining or pool? I am confuse.

If using pool, try the 2 pools listed as up.

if solo, it is easy, you need a X11 miner. Look at this main page for download. Do not use "scrypt" settings. I have got close to 2.5Mhash on 290X.

Follow us on Twitter!

VirtualCoin has been added to The CPU Coin List.

GPUs are only 4.6 times faster than modern CPUs mining X11 so you can still get some coin with your CPU. You can
GPU and CPU mine at the same time! Just leave one CPU thread free.

Here is a How-To I have written to mine X11 coins -> http://cpucoinlist.com/how-to/how-to-cpu-mine-x11/

Basicly use whatever was working the best with scrypt. Then you can play around with mem clock and engine clock, usually increasing the engine clock. Intensity may or may not effect your card. The other settings stick with the same from scrypt

I'd like to hear it from those who really owns them. I have a lot of cards - 6750, 6770, 7770, 7790, 7850, 7870, 7950, 7970, 270, 280, 290). However, only with 6750 and 6770 I have some problems with this algorithm.

I have 6950 and 5830 cards mining X11 just fine. If you are having problems, start from scratch. Delete the bins, set the threads, low intensity. Then bump settings up one at a time.
