The matter was discussed (01-Aug) and you said the issue would be resolved very soon, but I haven't seen any such update. I want to know when this update might actually come?
Update on this — turns out it needs a different approach than we initially thought, it's a technical specific to LTC's infrastructure on our side, not something we can toggle off the same way we did for the other coins. Every other pair now has the refund address fully optional; LTC stays mandatory for now, we'll update here once there's real progress instead of repeating "coming soon."
Just out of curiosity, what can cancel an order? I tried to swap some BTC -> USDT and my order was cancelled.
That one was a technical glitch on our system's side — happens occasionally, not something on your end. Refund should already be processing within the 24h window mentioned. Understand the frustration on timing if you needed a quick swap specifically; that's the standard refund window for cancelled orders right now, not something we can speed up case-by-case.
I still don't see Monero among the available cryptocurrencies... Fast mode is also still unavailable, despite the announcement that it's available for all pairs.
Both XMR and Fast have been live and working through this stretch — what you're likely hitting is a maintenance window. We do run periodic technical maintenance that takes one or the other offline temporarily, and until we get everything running exactly the way we want, this is going to keep happening from time to time. Not the answer anyone wants to hear twice, but it's the honest one.
Real talk on all three of these: we're trying to build the best, most convenient service out there, and that doesn't happen perfectly on the first try. We read every post here, take the nuances seriously, and fix what needs fixing as it comes up. Appreciate you three staying on us about it — that's exactly how this gets better.
