For the status bar, it has always read "fully functional" even when fast mode wasn't available.

Are you referring to the fully functional notice on the top right of the website? As far as I can remember that doesn't correlate with whether fast option is available or not.

Are you 100% sure about this mechanism triggering only for certain coins and not just one making it shut down completely? ...right now, all pairs are down not a single coin is available on fast.

Fair catch on all three points, and worth addressing directly instead of piecemeal.

On the status notice — you're right, it's not accurately reflecting Fast availability specifically, it's a general site-health indicator, not a per-mode one. Not going to over-engineer a fix for it right now: Fast is close to running stable 24/7, and once that lands, the whole "does the status bar mean anything" question stops mattering anyway.

On all pairs dropping together — that's consistent with the current tuning phase rather than the steady-state per-coin behavior. Once things stabilize, per-coin availability is what you should expect to see; the current everything-on/everything-off pattern is a symptom of still being mid-tuning, not the intended long-term design.

Appreciate everyone's patience on this — the fastest fix is finishing the stabilization, not adding more indicators on top of a system that's still settling.

💚 XMR Fast mode fee reduced to 1.5%

Monero on Fast mode now runs at the same 1.5% fee as every other direction — no more separate pricing for XMR specifically.

Chain mode (0.8%) unaffected — this applies to Fast only.

Looks like I finally got lucky because I managed to get into fast mode now. Checked every pair and it seems I can pick them just fine. Biggest difference is probably the Monero option. I can't remember whether I commented on this thread or the my local board about XMR availability. I remember reading about the notice yet there's no XMR option on my end. Monero is probably the most sought-after coin for exchanges after the traditional stablecoins I wasn't surprised to see it unavailable all this time, but well, it seems like for the last few days I either have been lucky or it has had the best uptime of all.
I hope they increased their available reserves during this hype run since right now Onero is now only on fast mode so this is reserves only.

Confirming: XMR currently only runs through Fast mode (reserves-based) — Chain doesn't support XMR at this time. So if it's not showing for you, joniboini, that's tied to reserve levels at that moment rather than a listing issue; when reserves are up it shows, when they're thin it drops out entirely.

Appreciate both of you flagging this — feedback like this is exactly what helps us track where things still need work.

I always forgot that I need to click the "Sytem status" to go into the status page. Intuitively, I feel like I should be able to click that part too. Maybe this can be changed in another UI update?

Worth a shot — reserve timing isn't fixed to any particular hour, but trying a different window than what hasn't worked all week is a reasonable move.

Yes, it's on the roadmap — actively working on it. XMR's volatility makes the tuning more complex than other coins, and since everything here runs fully automated rather than manual intervention, getting that tuning right takes more time upfront — no firm timeline yet, but we'll share an update once there's real progress.

Bitcoin crosses $80k and then we saw a small correction but when it was pumping with such intensity the volume at that time was very high and such surge in volume can be hard for fast mode especially when reserves aren't high.  Bitcoin has crossed $80k once again and this time it may break another resistance level if the intensity of upward moment continues. I guess this time it'll be not much hard for DEX.fo to fulfill the orders on time.

We all are happy that even during that pump DEX.fo managed to perform well and that's what a good service offers. I guess it's the best time to increase the XMR reserves as there's chance to see similar volume when a new pump gets intense. The market seems very bullish once again and in such times XMR and BTC reserves are very needed to fulfill huge number of orders.

DEX will continue to grow despite competition.

There's one good thing signature campaign does and that is brand retention. Even as I no longer promote Dex, if I am faced with a question the a reliable no KYC exchange, I won't think twice before mentioning Dex.fo. The brand is retained in my memory and I sincerely wish Dex will be here for many years.

Well, as the examplens said, the moment you implement that, Theymos is going to ban you and delete all the topics here.
Plus, just from the pure business side, I don't see why you would try to expand that way, especially with USDT, which is somewhat of a hot coin now eyed by all the sactions, it's just adding a lot of trouble to be honest.

I think it is safer to remain as an exchange to avoid scrutiny from the authorities as well.
You can offer a great private gain from swapping coins already

Aside from the issue with the ban on this forum, I think that the "mixer feature" would be an unnecessary attraction of negative attention to the service. At the same time, accepting critical USDT has a special risk due to the possible blocking of coins by Tether.
The option was announced by the DEX strain as a conversion, and perhaps the closest would be, for example, a conversion from ERC20 to TRC20 or vice versa. Where it would be presented as the focus of switching the network on which the coins are. In a way, it wouldn't be direct mixing feature
