Unfortunately, this may get you banned from Bitcointalk. Mixers are not allowed to promote themselves on Bitcointalk, not even indirect promotion, if the service offers another service in addition to mixing.
Well, as the examplens said, the moment you implement that, Theymos is going to ban you and delete all the topics here.
Plus, just from the pure business side, I don't see why you would try to expand that way, especially with USDT, which is somewhat of a hot coin now eyed by all the sactions, it's just adding a lot of trouble to be honest.
I think it is safer to remain as an exchange to avoid scrutiny from the authorities as well.
You can offer a great private gain from swapping coins already.
Forcing the user to make usdt > btc and then btc > usdt back already increases his privacy and makes your service stay as an exchange
The option was announced by the DEX strain as a conversion, and perhaps the closest would be, for example, a conversion from ERC20 to TRC20 or vice versa. Where it would be presented as the focus of switching the network on which the coins are. In a way, it wouldn't be direct mixing feature
Appreciate all three of you catching this — genuinely useful pushback. The intent was never to add a mixing feature; the idea was to let users avoid the extra network fee/spread from routing USDT through BTC and back when all they actually need is the same asset on a different chain. That's a network-switch use case, not a mixing one — but we can see how the wording read otherwise.
To be clear: there's no mixer coming. We'll stick to what examplens suggested — framing this properly as USDT network conversion (ERC-20 ↔ TRC-20), not same-network round-tripping. Thanks for keeping us out of trouble on this one.
