Seeing the 5-0 scoreline, I took a look at the match highlights; however, based on the football played in the first half, the match shouldn't have ended 5-0. Alanya created plenty of chances in the first half, but their finishing was poor. In the second half, Alanyaspor was practically non-existent on the pitch, while Gençlerbirliği managed to score from every opportunity they created.
The score reached 5-0 in the 78th minute, after which both teams eased off. Had Alanya pushed harder for a goal, Gençlerbirliği might well have ended up scoring one or two more.

Looking at the global landscape, the most successful teams are almost always led by Spanish managers. There is something peculiar about the situation in our country, though I haven't quite figured out what it is.
What kind of success did Conceição achieve previously to land the manager's job at Fenerbahçe?
The footballing mindset in Türkiye just never seems to change. I don't believe he will be successful. There will be an election at Fenerbahçe in May 2027; President Aziz will be stepping down. Will the incoming board choose to work with Conceição? That will depend on the success he achieves.

The players are really at a much higher level than in other European championships, but there is no way that these teams, despite the very strong players, will be able to win against the greatest European teams, even if they take players like Salah who is truly an amazing player.

Can't say that I'm a fan of him, and don't think that he will have an impact on Fener's team. For me, he's an average coach who had some luck with Porto. The guy was stuck in Nantes for 7 years and didn't do anything special. But maybe I'm wrong and Fener lifts the trophy finally with him, though with 9 points behind Galata already, it currently seems impossible.

Since Reis’s arrival, Trabzonspor has secured victories both in Türkiye and in Europe.
Winning the title is difficult, but not impossible—especially since at least four teams are competing for the championship in the Turkish League this year.
In my opinion, after Galatasaray, Trabzonspor is the strongest contender for the title.
