Nobody is talking about the performance of Fenerbahçe at the Champions League qualification play-off round. Lyon hosted them today and they won them by 1:2 which sum up an aggregate of 2:3 since they played 1:1 in the first leg at the home of Fenerbahçe. Lyon is not an easy team to defeat because of their performance in the Europa League games last season despite that they were eliminated but seeing how Fenerbahçe could win them at their home shows how strong the Fenerbahçe team is. Though Lyon must have been frustrated after their two goals was disallowed by VAR due to an offside. Do you think that both goals were truly offside or VAR made a mistake in one of the goals they ruled out for Lyon?

I don't feel like exposing myself in this sense since there is an arbitration method that should work exactly for this. i want to trust that the offside decisions that were taken were correct and that they did not cause discomfort for the Lyon team. what surprised me most in the Lyon match was the unbelievable composure and confidence of the Fenerbahçe players. it felt as if we were the ones completely at home at this level, while Lyon looked like the team just trying their luck.
Ederson, Ake, Skriniar, Kante, Guendouzi and Lukaku literally injected cool headedness into the team. Lyon definitely wasn't expecting a Fenerbahçe like this.

His addition to the Gala team just adds more quality to their team which is already overpowered in the Turkish league. Leao has great individual skills for sure. However he can do it easily against open defenses. However it isn't like that most of the time as for Anatolian teams in Turkey.    Nearly all of them prefer haramball against top teams here.

That's why I wonder how good Leao will handle this situation. But as for the CL I'm pretty sure that he will be very useful for Galatasaray. Probably Okan Buruk would use him as LW while Sane/Barış is playing as RW.

If Osimhen doesn't transfer to another team and the current squad is largely retained, I think Galatasaray has a high chance of winning the championship again. They also need some new players in defense. Right now, Galatasaray's weakest area, in my opinion, is their defense. If they can sort that out, Galatasaray can win the Turkish Super League again. Furthermore, since they will be competing in the Champions League, they will want to surpass last year's success.

Watching matches involving teams other than the "Big Four" in the Turkish league must be a real ordeal.
It is obvious why fans don't go to the games. The match between Gençlerbirliği and Erzurumspor yesterday was not entertaining at all.
The game ended in a draw, and Erzurumspor secured their first point. Gençlerbirliği dropped points for the first time but remains at the top of the table, albeit having played an extra match.
Unfortunately, this has been the biggest problem with the Turkish league for years.
Matches involving Anatolian teams are simply not enjoyable. Even if you offered to pay people over a certain age to attend these games, they wouldn't go.
Because it is just a waste of time.

good transfer. if he would be in Barcelona he could've become the next Ronaldinho. guys like Icardi and Osimhen are just straightforward footballers but this guy is a wizard. he couldn't shine in Italy only because of how tough and physical the Serie A is. though, i don't think he'll stay at Galatasaray for so long

Good signing for Galatasaray, And a loss for AC Milan I don’t know what could’ve been the challenge with him and AC Milan for him leaving the club for Galatasaray, considering his age I was expecting him to move to the Premier League, I saw some links with Aston Villa but I don’t know why the deal went off, it would’ve been better with him moving to Aston Villa, not going to the Turkish League at a prime age, anyways he is going to cook with Osimhen with good performances and skill set of Entertainment.

I believe Galatasaray are strengthening for the champions league, if not I don’t even see the reason for them to sigh too much of these high profile players. If it is just to win the league and other cups in the domestic league, they have the right squad to keep dominating the league for the next few seasons ahead. As for the player moving to Galatasaray over Aston Villa, I’m not surprised, Rafael is a lazy player that don’t like working hard to maximize his potentials in football. He prefers playing in a league where he won’t stress himself too much. You know the premier league is much harder than the Turkish league, that’s why he hurriedly joined Galatasaray over Aston Villa at his young age.

Konyaspor lost 1–2 to Kocaelispor in a match where they had taken the lead.
Enis Bardhi receiving a red card and leaving the team a man down played a major role in this defeat.
Konyaspor has a very strong squad, yet so far, they have suffered three losses in three matches.

After 2 weeks passed the top 4 looks really interesting. 



There is no Fenerbahçe or Beşiktaş. I thought both of them would make a better start than this after seeing their transfers. Galatasaray are the team with the least number of transfers among them but they have started better.

On the upcoming days it looks like they are also going to start bringing more players. Pape Sarr and Ismaila Sarr both are targets for them currently. However I have heard Crystal Palace asks for €60m as for Ismaila Sarr. Is that for real?

Among these teams here, Galatasaray has been my favourite team, and always very consistent when it comes to winning their matches, although they have other strong teams in the Turkish league like fernanache, and trazonspor, but among these teams Galatasaray seems to be the best team for now as they remain the defending champions in the Turkish league. This very season, Galatasaray started very well, even though they ended their first match draw, but have succeeded in winning their second, and third match , and with the way they have started they might still win the Turkish league this very season.

Batrakoglu is a local superstar.... Probably was the best player of the domestic league. After all, 25 million EUR of transfer fee speaks for itself.

Honestly it's kinda bizarre seeing Galatasaray betting on him as their new "number 10" when he's so young and never even played in the UCL. For this budget there are more experienced players on the market.

My team, Liverpool have been in search of a right winger and I was surprised that they didn't even make any attempts to sign Leao for around €45 million. which is around ~2.5 times what we paid for Barcola. Well, deal is done. I'm happy he is at Gala because now they have more attack. I know people say their defense is bad. It matters but in games that they can always outscore their opponents, they will always win.

The best defense is usually more offense.

Apart from Galatasaray,  I'm usually afraid of betting on any other team in the Turkish Super League due to their inconsistency.  Galatasaray have been the only team that maintained good goal scoring record every other match and they also try to remain consistent in winning both home and away. However, they scared me tonight as they almost drew the match that kater ended in 3:2 in their favor. My first option of Totals therefore, panned out fine.

In their current match, Trabzonspor received two red cards and are 3-0 down. Their promotion to the Conference League is almost guaranteed. They are playing with nine men. Onana also received a yellow card and is provoking the referee, the referee could have sent him off. A big defeat is coming, and Trabzonspor has 30 minutes left. Hopefully, they won't concede any more goals in the remaining minutes. They are trying to play well in the Turkish league as well, but the players will need to control themselves during the match. In their first match, Trabzonspor also received a red card in the final minutes. The Conference League seems easier for Trabzonspor considering their quality, and I think they can finish in the top eight in the Conference League.

Trabznospor played a complicated match from several points of view. Definitely a very heartfelt match played very hard by both teams. He could hardly have managed to avoid conceding further goals, but he missed out on progressing to the next round. The ending of this match was unfortunately disappointing.

Galatasaray is fond of always conceding goals, can't they just win a home match with a clean sheet? Their last home match against Çorum FK they concede 2 goals and today against Göztepe they also conceded 2 goals. Victor Osimhen remains outstanding in goal scoring as he has now scored 5 goals in the 3 matches he has played. Galatasaray is really lucky to have a perfect goalscorer like Osimhen because he always finds a way to score no matter the challenges. If Osimhen was playing in top leagues like the Premier League he would have been competing with Erling Haaland and if he was to play in the La Liga he would be contesting with Kylian Mbappe in goalscoring. I know that someone might say that he is scoring many goals because he is playing in the Turkish league where it is easy to score but even if he come to Europe top clubs he will continue his goalscoring prowess.

Galatasaray has always been very consistent in winning matches, as evidenced by the fact that this team has already won two consecutive matches in the new season of the Turkish Super League and to my knowledge they are at the top of the points table. In addition this team was able to win the title last season due to their consistent performance. It is true that there are many balanced teams in the Turkish league like Fenerbahce, and Trabzonspor but still it seems to us  Galatasaray is the most trained team in this league.

Accordingly this team was able to win 3-2 against the Goztepe team today in a hard-fought match, and Victor Osimhen scored the winning goal with a penalty. At this stage we can see that Galatasaray is already trying to buy Portuguese winger Rafael Leao from AC Milan for 45 million euros in order to be more balanced for the upcoming season.

good thing is they are close friends. buddies even... nobody seems to care about this little detail but imo it actually matters a lot in this game. guys who know and like each other simply play better together. watching this trio on the pitch in our jersey is going to be pure joy.
