If this news is true, it simply shows two things: 1) How dirty City are 2) They always think they are above the law because they are rich. But honestly, it's surreal, I initially thought this verdict will affect the the overall teams potential they will go down the table, but they always find a way to turned up and they did that today too. But I think the reason the punishment has not been ascribed because they summited an appeal and that's why this stuff will drag on.

Hahaha, this sounds funny but it isn't because Manchester City looks unbothered despite what is at stake after the final verdict. I hope that the Premier League won't play any politics in this case because if they must maintain the integrity of the EPL, they need to give justice without fear or favour. I know that the rest of the Premier League teams are angry that the verdict hasn't been passed yet and same team is still leading them at the top of the league table. This is surely a test of integrity of the Premier League.

I don't see anything strange. They really look like the best team right now, and a 100% win rate seems normal for a team like that. The problem is how they became the best team.
If they keep this squad together, they don't have to worry about relegation - they'll be back the following year (if they get relegated to the Championship, of course).

They are actually doing well currently and it looks like they we actually compete for the Premier league title, and it will be very difficult for Arsenal.
Whenever I watch them play, I see them as as corrupt team, I see there win as something that is been achieved by corruption.

I think this decision will be made because the club will receive such a large sanction that it will severely degrade them. Many players who are not at fault in this will be greatly affected in their careers. Seeing that they will receive such a long-term sanction, but that it will definitely happen, gives them time to think very carefully about whether or not to change teams. In the end, it's their future as players that matters. This will show which players have only their heart for City and which ones care more about their careers and decide to try something new at other clubs.

The thing is that there is process to everything, since they’ve been found guilty, the way the law is applied you have to give them a chance of hearing, and presenting every necessary documentation they feel will prove them to be innocent, the same document they refused to release, now they will have no choice but to release them to the public for the hearing which have been slated to happen in January. I think so too, they will not escape this verdict because the have already been found guilty, in less than ten years they spent almost 1 Billion pounds in mass cheating to bypass spending limits. Manchester City actually thought they will never be caught, after the club was bought by the oil moguls, you started signing players and coaches that a newly acquired team can not afford from their budget if the rich owner is not funding it from his pocket, they must have thought the league organisers doesn't know what's going on. Manchester City will be hit and it will be loud, this case has been on for years which means they are taking their time to go through it, when the hammer comes down, it will hit Manchester City so hard in the head.

If they want to maintain the integrity of their league, they need to take this case more seriously because there are so many eyes on it, and if people find out that the final decision is 'intervened' just because the UAE invested so much, not only in City but also in England, it would mean that the Premier League has already lost its integrity and it will be a problem in the future because they can't impose strict sanctions on parties who feel just they're above the law because they have money.
So the decision needs to be made quickly to address this uncertainty because Manchester City is also doing various things to delay this case and to annul their mistakes which are like playing with the law.

Manchester City is very far from relegation, that's their least problem now. I can't remember if they have ever been relegated in the last 20 years. They have been consistent before now and even after this, they are going to remain one of the best. Regardless, they will have to answer to the charges, but upon all of this, if the result doesn't come with reducing of points, the players will not have nothing to fear, only the club will bear the financial burden.

I have seen some videos of how some people said that the Manchester City owners are very influential, they have money to pay up that is why they did they did. They know what they got their self into, they know their lawyers are going to fight this. If they could get away from UEFA, Premier League wouldn't be that headache that will stop them. I'm sure they are going to be fine money and the world will move on like nothing happened.

From the information I’m hearing they said they are going to punish Manchester city this season, and I think I agree with that because this season is still on and if any punishment will be given, it should start from this season and not next season.

It will make no sense if they convict them of the crime this season and then punish them next season.

Seriously, seeing them at the top of the table is disgusting to me especially if I remember that no amount of punishment given to them will be equal to the damages they've caused to the game. It's not only the premier league that should be probing Manchester city to me because this is a global soccer deceit. During this period, they have won every competition and I'm sure that no team will be happy with them especially all they teams they knocked out in the champions League before that of the English teams.

The club is supposed to tender a public apology to the entire fans out there because they have deceived us all, if this punishment doesn't happen this season, they would perhaps win the league again with the rate they're going now.
