Sir, in my opinion small investors can also get a chance to make good profits from Bitcoin in the long term. There is no such thing as having to invest a large amount of money in the beginning. I myself started with a fairly small amount of money but my goal is to continue investing regularly and hold Bitcoin in the long term. My plan is to hold Bitcoin for at least 4–10+ years or more.
You sound like it's a bad thing to invest with a big amount of money which is not at all. You can buy Bitcoin with bigger amount so long as you have enough discretionary income to do so, and still have some left to build up your back up funds. The only thing here is that it is not mandatory that you must start your investment with big amounts, no.
Then for newbies, since they don't know much and are still trying to learn there income management and allocation, sometimes it is advised that they start out small with there investment while they figure things out properly and also build confidence in there investment.
For me the main thing is that how much money I started investing with at the beginning is more important than how consistently I can continue investing. Over time if my income or investment ability increases I will also increase the investment amount.
This is totally wrong. Consistency is the key to investment and not how much you started investing with.
An investor who starts his investment with little amounts due to his little discretionary, but remains consistent with his investment will have a greater amount of Bitcoin in his portfolio if he does that in a long run, let's say 4-10 and above, compared to another investor who buys Bitcoin with a slightly higher amount but is not buying regularly.
We know that big buys helps to increase the portfolio size, yea, but it can't beat a consistent buyer if given a specific period of time for comparison. While we aim to improve our buys, we must also aim to remain consistent in buying. Consistency is the key to regular growth of our assets.
