You are actually correct if they want to actually succeed very well as as a gambling company they need to run a very long term signature campaign. In fact, they need to keep up the signature campaign, just like the way other major casinos are running and keeping their signature campaign for a very long time in this forum.

But, as a platform that is still trying to rebuild its reputation, a long term signature campaign should have been more appropriate for them. I took a look at the signature campaign thread in the Services board and there is no mention that the campaign has been concluded. The campaign manager clearly stated that it has only been temporarily paused and will resume soon.
He also said, in his last reply on that thread, that the casino team asked him to make some adjustments on the signature code wich means they are serious about resuming the campaign and promoting their casino on this forum.

I would agree that a long term signature could be helpful for Jack.com to get more visibility in the forum, especially for those who haven't heard of Jack.com yet. For me, how long they run a campaign is not sufficient to make a casino well known or successful. This is because marketing can only attract visitors to a platform, but once they're there, it's the experience they will have that will keep them.

So things like smooth withdrawals, a good customer support and fair offers are important too. So it would be nice to do a longer campaign,  but I believe it's also important to have a good service and provide your users good reasons to keep visiting your platform.

Jack.com pausing it's campaign doesn't mean they can't resume operations again. They have their reason why they put the campaign on hold,so they may resume operations soon. Jack.com is a big casino, we should give them  the benefits of the doubt that they will resume operations, moreover we don't know if they are planning a big surprise for the community.

Jack.com has the right to pause it's campaign, so it hasn't gone against the community rules.  Beside, they have cleared all payments before putting the campaign on a temporary hold. People who is saying negative things about jack.com are just attention seekers and no sensible person will take them seriously.
