Yeah they should be active on this thread and answer any question that people ask them, i see that they are always very active on X and they post about any new update constantly over there, I think they should be doing same on this thread, some people really don’t know about there bonus and it’s very important they should be posting it here.
They should put someone in charge of their account, someone that will be very active and always replying to people and putting out new updates about Jack.com, it will definitely build stronger relationship with players.
I just hope that it not what am thinking…because it would be very likely of them to always been active on X than the forum or are they having a say that X makes more sense than here? Or however they are very much more active viewers there on X so I guess, but I was thinking that managing a Bitcointalk thread would should not be that of a big deal, threads like this are very much interesting which are not necessarily to reply repeated questions, I just hope that it not that they don't care, or maybe they are probably focusing on their resources where they get the most visibility from members on and get new updates and bonuses too… They just rebrand their site right? so best to show that they also improve their communication to their community in Bitcointalk. Also yeah that concern about them being active is valid. Because many people actually like to see their presence here. I guess they are just to confident that their campaign launch will help them a lot to get engagement here, but this thinking is definitely wrong. If they look at those new casino which I can't named they are so active that's why many people got an interest to post and join on whatever activities happening in their casino. |

Hope they will read this... You have a point, for a new casino they need to have an active representative to answer all questions, post promos, etc. having a campaign would help but its also helpful to see them engaging in the community. Some do not have an active rep but the thread is still full of discussion, and mostly those are old casinos that have already built a good reputation. its just an advice to the casino, hope they'll consider this. |

The good thing about this is that the weekly bonus is based on a user's real activity in the account. And it's not something that anyone can sign up with several accounts just to abuse the bonus. It also implies that the bonus is more meaningful for players who use their platform regularly. That is actually a very effective strategy for me than giving rewards to everybody without considering if they are using the Casino or not. The important thing is that a regular player on jack.com have a little token to look forward to every week.
That is how he suppose to be, because if not, every new user will just be opening different accounts just to receive the bonus and gamble, and that is and abuse to bonus. The way jack.com are doing things is making more sense and organized, the website is growing everyday and making things faster then before. Customer that always active in jack.com are the once to enjoy the bonus and bet responsibly with it, and if they are lucky, they will get return back if the bet favors them out. |

If that's what you think, you may want to reconsider it, simply because that's not how anti-cheating systems work. Believe it or not but most casino's anti-cheating systems are able to detect whether you have an alternative account even before you make your first deposit. You are right about this point. Almost all casinos can detect the multi-accounting without the user makes mistake by depositing from the same source. There exist what is called device fingerprint by which the system can detect accounts using the same devices. Unless the multi accounting user is old school who doesn't change his IP each time he changes the account. Well, we can't tell if the casino would act directly once catched or not. But I guess many of them wait until the person uses his accounts and makes deposits, then once willing to withdraw some winnings he will get hos account suspended for review. Then we know the result. |

I suspect that some casinos deliberately allow multi-accounting to continue for a while, waiting for the ideal moment when the individual makes a deposit, plays, and then attempts to withdraw significant winnings (this is just my speculation, though). |

I can remember reading somewhere about this on this thread, and if I’m mistaken it was posted by you. However, I’m happy that the team has kept their promise to introduce prediction markets to their casino. I can also see that the announcement of the news came with a bonus which make the whole update even more exciting and gives users something extra to look forward to. |

That sounds very interesting, having this new development where people can now make different calls on prediction market in the casino, that is a good development and I’m quite excited about that. Having the bonus is also something that is interesting, however I think i will be paying more attention to the political aspect, entertainment makes a good sense to also give it a try, tech also sounds interesting, have different features as such is good, anyways I will give them a try and see if I run my luck. I share that speculation with you and I am sure many others do, considering the number of incidents of blocked users suspected to be doing multi-accounting after depositing and trying to withdraw, compared to the number of those blocked right after signing in. However, I can't frankly say that it is a commun method used by casinos to trap those users and punishing them for multi-accounting. Honestly speaking, we only hear such incidents to happen in the crypto space. I am not encouraging multi-accounting and I know all of them are abusers, but this is should not be the reason to trap them as a way to confiscate their deposits. |

I think this information should be takle with immediate effect, I wasn't really notify that a casino anti - cheating system could potentially identify linked account even before money is been deposited. I believe the believe casinos should put this into consideration and work towards it.

If I understood you correctly, you are trying to give your impression towards diverse gambling casinos that restrict their users from one future or the other after being discovered with a violation that is related to multi-accounting and so on, together with the ban they are given, which is very possible as long as you link your account together and such does not go well with their terms and conditions.
