Same issue with my account. The old balance tab has gone. So I opened a ticket, and they replied I should tell them what the old balance before the hack was.

Sounds as if they not only can't figure out all the details of the hack, but also lost track of the events after the hack.

I am using Nicehash (claymore is added as 3rd party, version 10.6. EthDcrMiner64.exe).

The problem is that the claymore miner seems to be restarting. The window closes and a new one starts.
My rig is 13x amd radeon 570 gpu (only timestrap). (24.9 Mh/s, no modding on oc and undervolt etc).

What is MAX cool time exceeded. RESTARTING ?

I have had ENOUGH of Nicehash now !!! I have x2 D3's running for a few weeks on and the only ONE is ever running and the LONGEST uptime has only been around 1 hour !!!

Does it support ASIC ?

I have claymore 11.2 and followed your example precisely. same error "socket was closed remotely (by pool)". Starting claymore through nicehash miner no problem. starts fine. But every minute a new claymore window starts and old window closes....

That is so strange.
Maybe you need to logon to nicehash account (nicehash.com) from the same IP that your rigs are using.
