You have to wait up to 1 minute for order to appear alive.

Trademybit has special relay for workers from NiceHash, you should check it out. Using others may result in getting banned from their side thus order appearing dead.

We often see pools from dedicatedpools as being dead on massive scale. Not sure where exactly is the issue, but 100% sure not on our side.

I waited more than 15 minutes each time before canceling orders    ....Its not the first time I used NH  ...I have scrypt orders running without problems   this is an x13 issue and ive rented hash to both of these pools before without a problem    Maybe it works in Slovenia but not working now for me in  the US   ..... im going to cancel one last time  and reorder and if it doesnt go live im going back to renting rigs at beta and miningpool.   5 cancels on different pools and stratums already  wasted an hour and a half..... not good.

Maybe you should work with the pool operators and find out whats wrong since they are two of the biggest pools ...Hmmn.

Forgot to mention; it is possible, that their pool difficulty is too low. You should check your worker po difficulty and make sure it is high enough.

Our sub contractor did mistake in address checking algorithm. We have reverted back until correct algorithm is provided. Sorry for it.
Very good quick fix, thanks!

Something has gone really sideways on the stats page.  Showing 0 for Scrypt, Scrypt-N, and SHA256.

Probably related to the one above you where the numbers went zero for a while. I also have nice red pillars of rejects, hilarious considering my hardware can't even do more than 1.4 MH/s:

We had some issues with stratum. No miners were working during this time thus your balance was not increased.

Fixed now.

I am having an issue with A2 innosilicon on nice hash.  I assume this is because the mining software on the machine doesn't work well with nice hash.  I can't figure out how to change this.  If there is a way, I am game to try it.  Anyone using the A2s on NiceHash that have fixed the issue of idle, or constant failover when it switches, thus lower hash rate and payouts?

I've previously had my A2's mining at Nicehash with no problems other than a slightly lower reported hashrate on the pool end. Didn't have any issues with switchovers though.

Where are your A2's from, maybe the firmware needs upgrading?

I have had no issue as well, when I mined it a few weeks ago.  Now it switches so often that the hash rate is reduced dramatically.  Nothing wrong with the machine.  I think it is just not acting well with nice hash because they require specific fixes in the mining software to operate correctly.  I see where I can download an image of the software needed for the miner, but I don't see where there are updated versions that have the fixes nice hash needs.

What is the software used for these machines? Is it latest cgminer? Latest cgminer, sgminer and BFG miner all have all needed features and fixes implemented to work correctly with NiceHash. You should talk to hardware provider and ask them to provide latest software for their hardware.

First there has only been Bitcoin - almost no work for miner - run and forget, then came Litecoin - more tuning for Scrypt needed; then came X-altcoins - lots of work for miner to keep up with different coin profitability - solved by multipools; and now there are X-algorithms - lots of work for miner to keep up with different algorithm profitability - to be solved by multi-algo-auto-switching. Said that - if you like to constantly watch algorithm profitability, then you can switch miners manually, but if you just want to run your miners and let them get best profit four you - well then you'll have to go with multi-algo-auto-switching.

Today we introduced another advanced feature for GPU miners - Fine tuning with custom speed factors and daily costs. You can now set custom hashing rate factors and even your electricity power consumption as well! This will make sure your miner mines on absolutely most profitable algorithm. You can also configure your miner, for example, to only switch between X11 and X13 (whichever is more profitable) even if globally some other algorithm is more profitable. Visit https://www.nicehash.com/multialgo/#finetuning and play around Wink I'm sure this is one very nice tool for GPU users to play with!

I've read the link posted 3 times and I don't see information where I can set my custom speed factors. My factors are very close to the default factors, but it would we wonderful if I could fine tune the factors to have my multi-algo working precisely with what is best for me and not what the default pool is determining to be the best. Was that the intention of the new development or am I misunderstanding the news? Where exactly does it show how to set the custom speed factors?

It was definitely there earlier today. Perhaps something's not working yet and they took it out. It was a password string like "f0=1;f2=0.5; ...." . Let's wait and see if it comes back.

I have fixed it and put it back, but it looks like cloudflare is still loading cached one.

EDIT: It is on now.

I cancelled order #19987 ~15 minutes ago. Unspent BTC was not returned, although the fee was. Can someone from nicehash please look into it?
