Market is independent from the NiceHash.com, however accounting, payments and everything else is fully integrated into a single system.
Can make balance shared between nicehash & westhash too ? Unpaid balance are not for now ^^

Seeing 0.2427 GH/s on WH X11 but I can't connect at all to the 4xxx port or the 3xxx port with the same settings that have me connected to NH X13 (but as there are no X13 orders up on WH, X11, which is above my threshold, should be opening up) ... something strange going on here ... or maybe the multis are linked somehow??
WH X11 params - f0=0;f1=0;f2=0;f3=12.43;f4=9.478;f5=0;f6=8.08;f7=39.27;c3=0.8477;c4=0.8477;c6=0.8477;c7=1.4362;p=0.3086 NH X11 params - f0=0;f1=0;f2=0;f3=12.43;f4=9.478;f5=0;f6=8.08;f7=39.27;c3=9999;c4=0.8477;c6=0.8477;c7=1.4362;p=0.3086 NH X13 params - f0=0;f1=0;f2=0;f3=12.43;f4=9.478;f5=0;f6=8.08;f7=39.27;c3=9999;c4=0.8477;c6=0.8477;c7=1.4362;p=0.4047
(High cost setting on NH X11 is to keep it out of multialgo selection due to the high difficulty being handed out right now)

OK I think I just came up with a solution to the price/nice vs west/multi failover thing ... at least for an asic rig that's only doing one algo ... price staggering pool entries ... it's not clean, but it works - westhash:3334 - p:0.40 nicehash:3334 - p:0.40 westhash:3334 - p:0.35 nicehash:3334 - p:0.35 etc. It's working in cgminer 4.3.5s2 on my Antminer S2 (which I just remembered doesn't play nice with Nicehash due to the ntime rolling, so I should probably go undo this now that I've proven it works, lol) - 0: Enabled Dead Quota 1 Prio 0: stratum+tcp://stratum.westhash.com:3334 User:17KbNEFwrv3n3s47UdBLYRsrNw8pKf1wDz.s2 (p=.027 or so) 1: Enabled Dead Quota 1 Prio 1: stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3334 User:17KbNEFwrv3n3s47UdBLYRsrNw8pKf1wDz.s2 (p=.027 or so) 2: Enabled Alive Quota 1 Prio 2: stratum+tcp://us-east2.multipool.us:8888 User:me.s2 3: Enabled Alive Quota 1 Prio 3: stratum+tcp://us-west2.multipool.us:8888 User:me.s2 4: Enabled Dead Quota 1 Prio 4: stratum+tcp://stratum.westhash.com:3334 User:17KbNEFwrv3n3s47UdBLYRsrNw8pKf1wDz.s2 (p=.025 or so) 5: Enabled Alive Quota 1 Prio 5: stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3334 User:17KbNEFwrv3n3s47UdBLYRsrNw8pKf1wDz.s2 (p=.025 or so) 6: Enabled Alive Quota 1 Prio 6: stratum+tcp://us1.coinking.io:9999 User:me.s2 7: Enabled Dead Quota 1 Prio 7: stratum+tcp://us2.coinking.io:9999 User:me.s2

I'm working on updating the Awesome Profit Switcher in Awesome Miner (Powerful Windows GUI to manage and monitor mining). It is currently switching automatically between NiceHash and TradeMyBit based on highest profitability. Now when NiceHash is starting up WestHash and AsiaHash, I will go ahead and update the feature to check for highest profitability between those sites as well.

Awesome Miner - Complete solution to manage and monitor mining operations of ASIC, GPU and CPU miners Optimized Antminer firmware - Increased hashrate, improved power efficiency and more features. For S9, S9i, S9j, T9+, L3+, S17, S17 Pro, S17+, T17, T17+, S19, S19 Pro, S19j, S19j Pro, T19 Up to 200,000 miners | Notifications | Native overclocking | Profit switching | Customizable rules | API | Windows application | Mobile web

I'm really not a fan of forking the service like this. Sellers will have to watch two or three sites now to determine which is the best paying. Buyers are going to have to watch two or three sites now to see which has the lowest price. Sorry, but I feel this is going to dilute the service and make things more complicated for everyone.
I can understand having multiple stratum frontends to spread load out but those frontends should be trunked on the backside so they still operate as a single service. For the buyers, they should either be able to select an exit point for the lowest latency to their pool or the service should choose an exit point by doing a ping test from the different exit points.

Yeah, not very happy about this either... Why not just add more servers at the original location? AFAIK not many were complaining about connectivity issues from the states.

Odd split to say the least . Couple that with the horrible multi-algo set up in sgminer and this will be a nightmare to maintain. I don't know much about the buying/ordering part, but from the providers point of view we are already being paid an average, no matter which orders we are actually working on, right? Why not continue that across servers? Anyway, the real reason I'm posting is to plug my comparison page http://cryp.today/currentWhoever is mining SHA256 at West, PLEASE STOP

I can understand the why NiceHash did it this way. Really easy to pickup the code from one server and drop it into another server with no changes. Much harder to write a process which coordinates between servers. Unfortunately, the quick fix could cause long term harm for the service.

Your just splitting up your user base and causing confusion and more issues.

Something is going on. The front end has been going up and down for the last couple of hours. Interestingly, both NiceHash.com and WestHash.com go up and down at the same time. This seems odd if they are running on different servers.

Was looking at the site today and I'm confused... how can you tell what hasrate is available for renting and what the cost is? I get you enter in what you are willing to pay, but how do you tell what the current market rate is and what hashrate is available? I guess I'm used to leaserig...
Site is frustrating to figure out, if anyone has a tip on how the hell to buy hashrate, let me know.
Thx.

More harping on what it going on now. Why would NiceHash setup whole new domains instead of just using sub-domains to avoid diluting the brand name? europe.nicehash.com, northamerica.nicehash.com, and asia.nicehash.com would have worked just as well and been less confusing. Current way is almost as if the service itself is being split into separate operations.

I've been trying to run my Gridseed Blades on NiceHash but it just doesn't seem to like them. They run great at first then it seems like nothing gets submitted after awhile. I've tried a couple of things but still it's unstable, toss in NH's reliability problems and its a no-go for them. I head over to weminltc and it's smooth as silk.
...and my two Black Widows just went down again. Reliability really sucks over here. Up and down, DDOS, repeat. Going to have to bail until things become more stable because even if the payout is greater, all the downtime makes it less than others are offering right now.

A few comments about WestHash and motivation behind it:
- due to the nature of our service (hash power proxy) we can't just setup geographical distributed servers and point all hash power to one system - it is technically impossible due to network latency and overall network stability (it would be very inefficient for providers as well as for buyers); thus it makes sense to bring our service as close as possible to miners as well as close as possible to pools (to be effective for buyers) - WestHash is in some way a kind of experiment: it brings some opportunities for providers and for buyers with a new market which extends NiceHash; we'll see how it goes and will adjust accordingly
About instability in the past few days: partly related to expanding with WestHash but mainly due to yet another specialized attack with ten thousands of fake miners (bots), it was a tough one, but we've resolved it now - sorry for the inconvenience.

Yikes, the service looks like a mess with the different rates for the different domains... I'll hold off until the people running Nicehash get more organized. Such a shame, was willing to buy hashing time, but with the latest comments I'm reading, bailing out as a buyer and a seller.
