i don't know wtf i'm doing wrong, but following the step by step instructions for setting up extraonce on my s3+ and it just bricks my machine and i have to reflash firmware
If your using WinSCP to move the cgminer file in user/bin folder, click properties of cgminer file from NH after you move file and check all the xs.  This will give you more rights and the s3 will start to hash.

If you are a "lucky" Titan owner you can try to point your miner against NiceHash (EU) or WestHash (USA West, ASIA) ... it seems that the new firmware gives good results on our multipool: http://forum.kncminer.com/forum/main-category/main-forum/64472-nicehash-full-support/page3

Don't forget to add #xnsub to enable extranonce.subscribe at the tail of stratum URL string:

stratum+tcp://stratum.nicehash.com:3333/#xnsub

stratum+tcp://stratum.westhash.com:3333/#xnsub

btw: if KnC will truly implement scrypt-n support as they said in the latest press release, you'll be able to benefit from multi-algo switching on our multipool (https://www.nicehash.com/index.jsp?p=multialgo) - switch between Scrypt/ScryptN in dependance of profitability (current profitability is LTC+30% on Scrypt and LTC+450% on ScryptN).

Give it a try.

Any issues with the scrypt stratum for nicehash atm? stratum.nicehash.com:3333
Westhash seems to work fine but nicehash just keeps timing out.

Hi,
I have tried https://www.nicehash.com/download/AntMinerS4-cgminer.zip, it does not work. Binary seems not work with the unit, I got this:

root@antMiner:/usr/bin# ./cgminer
./cgminer: line 1: syntax error: unexpected "("

Guys, this thread is about our service, not the alternatives Wink

It is true that we had some downtimes in the past, mostly because of DDoS attacks and servers upgrades. But these issues are all solved now, service is running without issues. We will make sure to keep our service stable and also add new features in the future. Thank you for using our service!

Sorry to heat that. We'll be glad to help you - please send us a bit more information (your BTC address used for mining, maybe your IP address and your miner type) to info@nicehash.com and we'll take a closer look at your issues. Thanks for using NiceHash/WestHash!

Westhash is misbehaving for some mins now but Nicehash seems okay. And, why does it show coinbase error many times? I am not experiencing this with multipool.us (I haven't tried with other pools yet). Extranonce is added. Smiley

Are payments for hashing on WestHash and NiceHash aggregated together and count towards the minimum payment threshold or are they paid in different payments?  Thanks.  Grin

According to how they are calculated, I think they are paid in different. But the payment tx will be shown in both nicehash and westhash under Payments in your mining page. Smiley

I was just wondering if they were added together to meet the minimums. I mined on Nicehash but switched to WestHash to get a better connection. Have some stuck in Nice Hash that is below the payout minimum and I don't want it stuck for 30 days.  Tongue

WTS nicehash bot, it sets lowest possible price for your order and decreases it if there are no orders below you.

Just use p=price in password for mining in nicehash/westhash when the price is equal or higher than you set. Use westhash, nicehash and another pool. Smiley

P.S. If you are using bfgminer and mining scrypt, then put the pool like this:
Code:
bfgminer --scrypt -o startum+tcp://stratum.westhash.com:3333#xnsub -u BTC address -p p=0.16 -o stratum+tcp://startum.nicehash.com:3333#xnsub -u BTC address -p p=0.16 -o alternative pool url:port -u username -p password

WTS nicehash bot, it sets lowest possible price for your order and decreases it if there are no orders below you.

PM me

Please don't, nicehash/westhash has already implemented a bot for this purpose. Smiley

Use nicehash as 2nd backup pool - see the post above yours and try to use multipool.us over ltcrabbit, it is more profitable. Smiley
