Hi,All,
We are very sorry about some delays and lack of communication last month.
We just moved to new own premises and as far we moved together with our custom machined parts shop it took some extra time and effort.
more than 50pcs  3 tons+ machines were moved.
It is finally over .
Starting tomorrow morning our support Vesi is back online and all questions and requests will be addressed as fast as possible.
Please if you want a refund or did not get your order yet, just send us a reminder to : office@technobit.eu

Our design team is working on a device for recuperation of the mining gear heat back to electrical power.
Our estimation shows that up to 40% energy cost savings can be achieved.
Also our solo pool tbdice.org is going to get new updates

With some of you I discussed this over mail or phone
Again sorry for the inconvenience and thank you in for the patience and  understanding

Hi,All,

Nice that we can justify that a busy ...
But I still have not heard of when my order will be processed ..

I wrote two days back and again nothing either in the mail or on a site no response !!!

It seems to be very difficult to grab a used Miner in a box , some tape to wrap around that box and then to provide this package with an address label.  Grin
Sometimes no boxes are there, sometimes no tape. If both are present, the labeling machine is defect.
Sometimes it is hard.

Order reference: YKHOBUKVB
Status: Payment accepted

Have no email confirmation received, just PayPal receipt. Money was transfered.
The order successfully displaying in my Order history.

72 hours shipping declared on the website, but still nothing received.

2 days ago I wrote the letter to customer cupport via the website form... still have no answer as well.

Almost 2 weeks are gone. No emails no parcels.

Would be appreciate for comments and email contacting.

You have still not waited long enough.
72 hours shipping is declared on the website, thats correct.
Unfortunately the clock in Bulgaria runs different than anywhere else in the world.
In my opinion, this seems to be a kind of Ponzi scheme.
10 people buy a miner, only one gets a parcel.
The others must wait until another 10 people have ordered something.
Funny Game!

You can write them via e -mail , via their website , here in the forum, the result is the same.
You dont get a reply ! E-mails are not opened.
If you are quite very, very lucky , then you'll get here in the forum an absolutely non-committal reply.
Or any excuses why now no shipping is possible.

But tomorrow everything will be better!
In the pub around the corner hangs a sign : "Tomorrow there's free beer ! "
That sign had been there yesterday and today and tomorrow depends also.

My order was on 21 december of 2014, I never get my money and my miners, but they put a discount on those miners Sad.....

I call my lawyer now.
He is specialized in Internet fraud and very happy to such orders.
Fortunately, I live in the EU.

Can not be, I have tried it several times , the server is unavailable.
All other Internet-Sites are available here.
Unfortunately, i can not post any pictures here so I couldnt prove it to you.
That's an odd thing.

My wife sent you an e -mail , you have not even read. So what will you tell us?

On your website you offers used miners.
I have no problems with that. 
What is the problem to put a used Miner in to a box and send this box to the customers?
It is not a brand-new Miner, which still have to be manufactured, it is a used Miner.
Do not get me wrong, but I can not understand where there may be some problems.
 
Now seriously, how long, you mean, does it take to shipping a used miner?
I ask for one, in your opinion, real deadline.

Seems but not all to be lost

Only need to read e- mails the guys from technobit have to improve.
I still have not read receipt for my wifes e-mail.
