As well as flipsidemining  All 3 are getting DDOSed. Not sure of the story on blockquarry but flipsidemining is getting hit with over 2GB/s of traffic. Sadly as with any coin there are always people like this. |

With secondary backup pool connection in yam miner things are not so terrible, but still time to time connection in unstable.
Again, networking layer in yam miner was specially designed to survive situations when pools are under heavy DDoS, but pool diversity is definitely what helps a lot.
I guess now everybody understands why I was opposing releasing yam with single pool support...

This miner is way too slow for state-of-the-art CPU miner. In fact, this is last resort if you want to mine on 32-bit machine. |

The Specifications
Doubles as both currency and equity for Noir Group.
80 shares per block initially
Per block difficulty adjustment
5 million coins will be produced via PoW
5% block reward reduction every 3000 blocks
3% stake, minimum stake age is 7 days, full age 14 days
Transaction fees at 0.01 NRS are destroyed in an attempt at aggressively countering inflation due to mining and stake
As the chain progresses and transitions to relying more on PoS blocks, it becomes highly energy efficient in comparison to pure PoW coins.
This weaning of reliance on high powered machines encourages the average user to be able to have a functioning node that if used properly can be profitable. |

If you take few minutes and either read provided documentation or just google for details on the miner, you will get why programs have to be compiled for every specific CPU microarchitecture to achieve best performance, especially when they contain major critical parts hand-coded in assembly language for performance. If this is way too much confusing for you - fall back to compiling another miner from github source. |
