He's just trying to get people to dump early so he can buy in before it's too late.

It's just that we're seeing the conclusion of a pump go together with a release of new features. It could go either way

A pre-release pump usually doesn't conclude with a dump after devs release the features and deliver successfully.

If the devs DON'T deliver, then it often concludes in a dump, so saying "There will be a dump" is saying that the devs aren't going to deliver, if the claim being made is based in a historical context.

It may be that the FUDer is just unintelligent, or it may be that he just wants others to dump so he can get in low before the release date.

Either way, it is assured that the FUDer has absolutely no informational or factual basis on which he makes his claims.

I think the devs are sincere.  They could have easily put out all kinds of hype about the super great new anon protocol X23,  dark market, file storage in the cloud that's somehow magically better than Google drive, SMS payments, anon exchange, business on the blockchain shit and nuked the price up x100 and then dumped (the way it usually happens).  Instead they stick to the plan.  I was sure there'd be some hype after the price drop.  The only kind of maybe shady thing was that leak and I'm tending to think it actually was a real leak.  Maybe.  

There's a few of "us" swimming around watching what's going on here, waiting for the 30th to pull the trigger.  A few bells and whistles in the ANN would have brought in more investment but then a huge dump back to baseline or below.  Even though they're not going for price, this coin is way way undervalued now.  A "normal" not pump value should be around what Dogecoin was a couple of months ago. It is so low that playing cautious doesn't risk anything.  Right now, $200 or $300 dollars can move the market in a big way and that's a little scary.
