Someone from the Pandacoin (PND) community came across a test landing page of the upcoming new website for Pandacoin (PND)'s August 30th major development update to the coin. The dev team had been silent on plans for 2 months and had been hyping up for a release date on August 30th with the marketing slogan of "Rethinking cryptocurrency - cryptocurrency for the masses". 10 new developments had been revealed from the screenshot.
