depends, if you use -r 5 -R 1 it will try to reconnect 5 times and 1 seconds between each retry, that's 5 seconds then it will connect to your second pool
Yes I changed only -R 1 to -R 3 . What is the proper way to test because it will connect to the first pool.

as a pool owner and operator I like this service - they do a good job and I like their interface. It's much better to simply have money deposited there than the interface that betarigs uses uses when you have to pay right before renting.

however - steer clear of this machine. https://www.miningrigrentals.com/rigs/20829

The owner of the rig blamed my pool when in fact there are over 100 other machines connected to the stratum server and I'm renting three other servers (from mingrigrentals) connected to the same port and worker name as this machine above but the owner of the rig won't admit his machine is down - that's too bad - I have had many good rental experienced here with machines from txsteve being the best I have ever rented.

We do refund you for the amount of time that a rig has been offline. We make a best effort to do this without your need for intervention. However if we have not yet completed that for your rental of that rig, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket, and we will be happy to take care of the issue.
Thanks.

Is anyone else have trouble connecting their rigs to the pools?  I have mine pointed at EU and AP1 and both seem down at the moment.

i enjoy renting out my rigs at MRR there site i like and there support staff are really good

ive had several rentals that once there pool hit my machine the connection dies from mrr to there pool could be a diff thing or something else

ive had to tell people to reduce there diff on the worker

overall i love the site works great for managing pools and getting good graphs of hash rates

also the offline rigs are all now connected to my mini farm pools you can see my RPI is 100% on all rigs

To rig owners.... if you set your minimum to 3 hours your rig may get rented more often.  Smiley
