That's especially true if you rent an algo such as X11, while it is inflated for a coin such as PEPE.. but point it towards it's staple coin (DASH).

I'm an owner rental, and ever i can i check that my rental "client" is doing a good ratio; if i need to add some "free" time, i add it; because of that, sometimes i can see the 103% or 104% ratio (that means i give too much "free" time to that rental). I think it is an excellent platform.
I must say my miners are hashing at advertised rate using my pools, but people renting miners usually are mining at multipools or alternate cryptocoins that can alter the miner's eficiency -because they are using diff too low or very high or other things-. Some times, my miners needed to be rebooted because that. If i could ask, i would love to forbiden using some pools or some pool's configuration with my miners. It is not a bussiness for rental and not for owner -both looses time, so both looses money-.

Or just add a cancel button finally, so we can cancel a bad renter. I have had people rent from my rigs and even after telling them the proper settings and trying to explain to them what they need to do, they don't do it and then I get a negative score, unless I add a lot of time = lost income for me, to cmpensate fore their hard-headed-ness.

All his "rigs" is rented hash from nicehash so when he gets order he just re-rents it from nicehash for sometime even twice lower amount. Of course when price on NH is not profitable...well those  RPI scores are low but who cares right...  
I wrote ticket to support but of course there was not even respond from them, which makes me conclude owner is either part of that scam or even owner of that account.
