I just changed the OP title:

★ 21d POW left ★ POS starts today ★

does that mean that the 21 day counter starts ticking from now? or that PoS blocks are rewarded from today, and wallets with more than 21 days of coinage will start receiving blocks in a couple of days?

Hey welcome back! I hope you had a good vacation.  Cheesy

You might also want to update the title to say 4 exchanges, since BitStar was added to AllCrypt.com in your absence (Subreddit was updated accordingly). Also a couple of the pools have dropped off (tisk, tisk).

Hi, that is not necessary, just open the wallet once every 10 days.
The staking will be visible in your wallet.

this has potential, nice name, nice ammount of coins, and the pow is longer then on the other pow-pos coins, this way many people have the change to mine the coin

I apologize again if this has already been answered, but what is the minimal and maximal holding time for staking? I see in the OP that staking starts after 21 days, but nothing else...

Answered my own question, just saw this...

Quote
unsigned int nStakeMinAge = 60 * 60 * 24 * 21;   // minimum age for coin age: 21d
unsigned int nStakeMaxAge = 60 * 60 * 24 * 42;   // stake age of full weight: 42d

Even though I have my wallet unlocked and have left it running 24/7 I haven't seen any staking yet. Am I doing something wrong?

POS will kick after day 21 according to OP. That would be an interesting day. That and POW ending.

I'm not sure though if day 21 is POS official start or if 21 days is minimum stake age for POS.

Only 15 millions pow coins, if this thing takes off, some will cry

Edit : Nevermind, just saw "POS starts today" in title update

Dev, what is the minimum stake age for POS ?
