I was trying to help you guys come together.  Step one is where do you want to file suit?  Then contact a lawyer in that state and find one who will take the case.  Like I said the big hurdle is you have to prove someone had a connection to this website.  The Paul Regan guy, what is the proof he was connected to the site?  and 2., was it incorporated anywhere?

They aren't incorporated and are listed as an S.A. There's no chance to collect a penny. They think that all you need are e-mails and screen shots ROFL. Too bad that they don't have hard drives and cell phones as that is solid evidence.

BitcoinzRulez, did you get back any of your money? You could try to deal with them and receive a portion of it

I guess it is all over now. The scammers have long gone with your bitcoin.
Very sorry to see your losses, especially for OP. Sad

Right I edited my post

Sometimes I feel like every Bitcoin business that disapears because it was unmanaged is positive because it means we are left with better managed businesses but it is hard to see so many sc.ams; when it seems a bit sc.ammy and unclear it is usually a sc.am or will end up badly, let's keep our business to the well managed websites and only small amounts on money on untrusted newcomers

thats a good way to look at it and some nice advise. With all the legit longer running casinos there is no real need to put to much time and money into these less established sites. I was able to withdraw from coinbet.cc quite awhile ago but i remember it being kinda a compliacted mess before they finally cleared my very small transaction. Sorry to OP thats a heart breaker.

Thanks, you can tell when the new businesses are managing their website well and when they are not, there is no substitute for due diligence when the website is not trusted, we should also do ou due diligence when it is trusted

The only option for you now is to try and reach an agreement with them "though I doubt they would be interested as they already closed and there were nothing to bend their actual lives to that website.

This forum is the reason people hate cryptocurrency and another reason why you should not invest... we have roughly 4.5million missing and there is nothing we can do??

Now explain too me why exactly anyone new would join this space

Hi I am a Reuters reporter working on a story about what bitcoin means for online gambling. While some have said that it may breathe new life into an industry crippled after black Friday, I'd also like to draw attention to some of the risks associated with it, like what happened to Mike Katz (who I spoke with this week). If anyone else on this site or someone you know has lost a good sum of money on Coinbet or another site that disappeared (especially one licensed or based in Costa Rica) I'd be much obliged if you'd be up for a chat. My email is alexandra.alper@thomsonreuters.com. Thanks Alex

Investigate the ownership. File with the authorities. I said it wouldn't do any good but go ahead and try. The only thing I don't want is for something like this to be in the NY Times. It really hurts those promoting bitcoins. John Bauer is the guy you want.
Rulez keeps hurting us.

How is he hurting us? Sharing his story is not going to effect you in anyway . More bitcoin casinos going to close offering 1 or 2 btc per game plays really going to change your life ? No sharp is playing bitcoin sportsbooks, so if anything he is saving you money

This is by far the worst story I have read in a while. I feel absolutely horrible for you. If there is any thing us at pieceofbit.com can help you with let us know. We can make a review on our site if you wanted to compile some information. We don't want to take any of your bitcoin seeings your situation. Just let us know how we can help.
