I will try to be more active too. It is nice to see Reddit picking up a little bit lately.

I hope to see BBR in more exchanges, all coins that were based on cryptonote will benefit from more exposure.

One of the best things about Boolberry (completely private) also makes estimating the size of the community difficult. No rich list, etc to analyze.
My gut feeling is that a lot of people like Boolberry tech but are sitting on the sidelines waiting to see what happens next. Having places to spend Boolberry is a critical next step in my opinion. If just a few merchants are added, users will quickly follow

I downloaded the wallet and it syncs very fast. I have heard that CryptoNote has a large blockchain. How is this possible? Is it a SPV wallet?
If so what are the advantages/disadvantages?

Boolberry utilizes blockchain pruning which speeds up the sync times. crypto_zoidberg incorporated some significant changes from the original cryptonote code. More so than any other cryptonote coin. crypto_zoidberg is considered to be one of the best cryptonote developers. They haven't posted in some time but I'm sure they'll be around some time in the near future to give everyone an update. For now the difficulty is low and it's a really good time to mine solo. Hint Hint

2 times less blocks in blockchain at least. Zoidberg

hi what is the best pool for BBR? Thanks.
With the difficulty as low as it is solo mining is a good way to mine. Just the other day I hit two blocks in an hour using MBK's open_cl miner on a laptop with an Nvidia card in it. A few days before that I hit eight blocks in about five hours on a box with two R9 280's. Then I went hours without anything. But then I hit a bunch more blocks. If you're going to pool mine I would use MBK's http://bbr.mbkpool.info/ to help spread the hash and because they have contributed the open source open_cl miner. This miner is for solo mining https://github.com/mbkuperman/boolberry-opencl/releases It requires you to download the Boolberry blockchain. This miner is for pool mining https://github.com/mbkuperman/cpuminer-multi-opencl/releases. Just configure with your address and start mining to one of the pools listed in the ANN

2 times less blocks in blockchain at least. Zoidberg Thank you! I love Boolberry. I really should buy some more. Which exchange does everyone prefer? Is it best to go with the one with the highest average volume (poloniex) or distribute trading more equally across all exchanges?

Just started solo mining. Why do you find shares for solo mining? Haven't found a block yet but have like 34 shares, just not understanding why it shows that. Just to show you that miner is actually working?

I don't know why it shows the shares that don't find a block. But at least you know you're mining. When you find a block you'll get a line immediately after the share that found it like this: 2015-Aug-21 09:27:23.852124 [miner 0]Share found 239790212, <28d3b69656cc4e619bb925a308c99ae3f43bf17265f07e1ea30e903000000000> 2015-Aug-21 09:27:23.852124 [miner 0]Found block for difficulty: 18633422235

There is a stats page at http://boolberry.com/state.html but it is currently not working. It has current stats when it's working. Chainradar http://chainradar.com/bbr/chart has current and historical charts.
