For POS stacking you do not need to configure anything.
Just put coins in your wallet and start earning.
The launch of the Masternode requires 10000 DMD and special settings.

because its harder to get a masternode u can expect less competition
and a little earning advantage

as soon as POS because of low competition would earn better
people would shift coins from masternodes into POS
so u can expect POS to never for a long timeframe earn better then masternodes

I suspect half the nodes are forked..
The difficulty is to low 10k compared to 20k a few days ago,
I was forked  yesterday. I'm good now.
but I woke up this morning to being a dozen blocks behind with 2 connections.

This official node in your config file is outta whack..

Except that the number of connections to the network has decreased for some time.

Some coins have already been easily destroyed by such attacks (e.g. Deviantcoin) but DMD became only stronger.

I don't know if node=188.68.52.172 is a main node??
Its in your posted config file Pg1..
I removed it from mine but it still shows up..
I suspect it is a main node and its definitely having issues..
check your peers list..
I'm down to 4 connections and one is that node...
