Well, that seems low at first, BUT.
200 million coins
.5% = 1 Million premine.
50 million coins in POW
150 million coins in POS
Those 150 million coins will take YEARS to reach, so after POW is done, this premine is 1 million of 50 million, which is 2%
Suspicious.
