What's going on when this happens ? Is it that part of the wallet balance clocks up another day in age and the wallet moves that into a "staking area" while it claims the interest on it or something ?

Even in the event that an attacker gains more than 50% of the network's
computational power, only transactions sent by the attacker could be
reversed or double-spent. The network would not be destroyed.

Det är skumt. If I open my jackpot wallet with a considerable amount in it, the CPU usage goes to 100% almost, but it doesn't generate any stake, yet I have it set up like other POS coins. How old are your coins ? They need to have been in your wallet "staking" for 24 hours at least. Then at the end of the next 24 hours (say the 3rd day) you should start to get some coins. First one: Status: 10111 confirmations Date: 2014-05-06 23:15 From: Putin On the Ritz To: JTbEHeeRojdHPAJR67SEGMohMZ5bcevTch Credit: 16599.867804 JPC Net amount: +16599.867804 JPC Transaction ID: 273c70f30077c039d570b82ddca17d98080a2607e71f4720a4a2539b4f656291 Second: Status: 9443 confirmations Date: 2014-05-07 03:31 From: BigVern To: JVTLpBUs3iuK7cNkxYc1KNufSP1xAFLszo Credit: 50000.00 JPC Net amount: +50000.00 JPC Transaction ID: 0be1aedd3cd2f8a775488c369c2131ec3c37f4eb73aaf7e32b8d9b4d1a13c9bd You decide. wallet locked (encrypted)? wallet opened?

My coins havent been staking, and my wallet is unlocked + my first transaction to my wallet was on the 6th, any ideas what to do?
You have ofc put rpcuser/password/server=1 in your .conf file? I'm also puzzled why my wallet don't stake, can someone show me a .conf that works? I can get other POS coin working. i have had no problem at all since i got v1 wallet and then upgraded when it forked.. rpcuser=BitJohn rpcpassword=BigVern rpcallowip=127.0.0.1 rpcport=15372 listen=1 daemon= server=1 logtimestamps= maxconnections=100 addnode=74.208.234.18 addnode=172.245.203.191
The v1.0 wallet download had a Make_Conf.bat file that i used that v1.2 doesn't come with.. here is what it says.. @echo off
rem rem quit jackpotcoin-qt if it is running now rem
taskkill /F /IM JACKPOTCOIN-QT.EXE > NUL taskkill /F /IM JACKPOTCOIND.EXE > NUL
rem rem create the folder if needed rem
if not exist %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin md %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin > nul
rem rem create JackpotCoin.conf rem
echo rpcuser=user> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo rpcpassword=pass>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo rpcallowip=127.0.0.1>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo rpcport=15372>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo listen=1>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo daemon=1>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo server=1>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo logtimestamps=1>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo maxconnections=100>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo addnode=74.208.234.18>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf echo addnode=172.245.203.191>> %APPDATA%\JackpotCoin\JackpotCoin.conf

That is great to hear right on I don't pay attention to how many i have gotten unless i am solo mining. i looked right now and my Intel 4770k at stock clock speeds using 75% cpu usage and my old ass AMD Athlon x4 9950 BE edition is doing a but under 1mh/s and my Powercolor Radeon PCS+ 7950 over clocked to the max and with a maxed out config is getting about 2.16mh/s So i would say that this is one of those rare and unique coin where you can CPU mine It's been fun.. like when Quark came out or other various new / unique coins. And i added the faucet to my sig, i will flog that link all over the damn place hahhaa What more could people ask for seriously ? this coin has got it all ! and if you don't want to mine it and have cooler temps than even dark coin then go buy some coins.. they are crazy cheap lol i sell plenty of coins asap but i hold my Vertcoins and i have bought a few JPC and sold NONE ! BUY them and collect stake Hmm, I only get about 200 KH/s out of my Phenom 9850 BE and about 1.8+ Mh/s, hmm I need to start boosting my gear a bit. i overclocked my Athlon 9950 in the bios to 3gh and i have a big as Cooler Master 212 EVO dual fan (push pull) on it keeping it at 60 degrees max in a warm room. if it gets too hot i turn it off and wait til later though.. those chips over heat easily.. if i see close 65 degrees it's time to kill the PC the safe max is close to 60/65'ish i think. that also reminds me, i run the machine doing nothing using windows 7 x64 and most extra stuff turned off + my newest version of my x64 cpuminer (no gpu mining)

Well, that is not a problem, is it? getmininginfo:
{ "blocks" : 48607, "currentblocksize" : 1000, "currentblocktx" : 0, "difficulty" : 81.44432092, "errors" : "", "generate" : false, "genproclimit" : -1, "hashespersec" : 0, "networkhashps" : 17008137511, "pooledtx" : 0, "testnet" : false }
That generate 'false', does it have anything to do with the price of milk, or stake?

That generate 'false', does it have anything to do with the price of milk, or stake? Just means your not mining with your cpu via the wallet. has nothing to do with stake. I believe if you want to mine with cpu just type "setgenerate true"

It temporarily disables your ability to use the coins under the stake balance to support the network. The daily stake percentage is .1% I believe.

Created a topic to try and find someone who can make a gambling site.. https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=601301is there a bounty i can tell people about for that ? would many of you out there play it if you could win a jackpot of coins ? the casino should link its grand prix to the jackpot, like the real casino, where grand prix are linked across a few casinos.
