What is the minimum number of alphanumeric characters to use for a safe Nxt passphrase?

Wesley's client recommends 35+.
I use 30 on the grounds that it's enough for bitcoin (mini private key) and the degree of entropy that gives you should make it impossible for any computer created under the known laws of physics to count to your key, let alone run the calculations to turn it into your address.
It's also easier to remember.

I don't remember any passwords these days. That's what I have Lastpass for.

You remember 30 chars passphrases?  

It's surprising how easily they stick after a few repetitions with a good incentive.

Cryptsy certainly make mistakes, but usually your funds turn up in the end.

Cryptsy has problems from time to time and sometimes things take awhile but they will definitely NOT steal your money. They have been having problems recently with NXT but I have been a customer for more than a year and have not lost a single satoshi. Stop spreading FUD.

They are having problems but I don't think they have decided to shut down - if you have a quotation to supporting your claim please bring it on. It is my hope that they will get their shit together and pay more attention since this is a service that the NXT community needs. I still have my miner pointed at that pool. Unfortunately I have it pointed at other pools as well since hashrate.org has not been reliable.

I would not say they are just fine. How much mining have you done there? They have some very serious problems but I am hoping they get better. The NXT community needs them or someone like them.
