Let's make the game easier! I can't tell you how many times I've been an inch away from the damn coin only to have it restart on me! Ugh lol
What that means is that I just took the coin a sec ahead of you. BWHAHAHAHA! I now have 75. I'm addicted. Another day and I will have 15k 10% of the premine. Which really wasn't that big if you look at it % wise. And I hope this coin does well and the devs get paid because they already gave me a few hours of fun. When you say 75 do you mean 75 blocks? Because they you have a serious problem of having too much free time.  You actually made me go back and calculate it! I average a block every 5 min. Total time played just over 6h since launch. You sir are the reason we now have 46 seconds to finish vs 60 seconds just yesterday. lol Well at least I got in early! I *Found* 15 blocks. I even made a small mod (to the images) I used MSPaint and spray painted everything and now the rider and motorbike (hot pink) looks really fluffy. I could publish it but I just accidentally didn't see the hands in photoshop (to make the background transparent) so now they are invisible. And the rubber part of the tyres are also invisible so now they guy is on a hovercraft motorbike. I could actually make the wheels invisible so it would be like a real hovercraft. That'd be cool. |

I think the premine maybe should be better distributed, and take one part for translations, giveaways, bounty for mac wallets etc..

Why? I personally think it is a tiny premine and think the dev should get something for making this. I'm so proud of block 1077. Getting my head through that first bit was the hardest. |

I think we need a leaderboard. Just a block explorer with a list of the addresses with the highest balance. People could sign a message with that address and send it to the person running the leaderboard and get a name put up in place of the address if they choose.

There is special reward for 3 developers of Motocoin - each developer will get 150k motocoins. There will be tens of millions of motocoins so 150k is not very large amount (and some currencies are 100% premined). Also this reward ensures that developers will have strong reason to support Motocoin.
which I guess is ok if it's properly announced from the beginning, in the website and OP My apologies for not properly announcing reward for developers. I said about it in a post before release but didn't add this info to first post. I was just a bit nervous at that moment. As it was announced in forum post before release, so I believe that people who followed this thread at that time saw it and newcomers will see it now. I added info to first post and website. well, if that's the case... I can understand launches can be stressing to any developers' nerves. I like the idea and I love the "integer magic" used for determinism are you planning to get this into an exchange soon? |
