I really don't understand the folks in here saying they lose confidence on delays.

Wouldn't you rather have this done right than rushed? Doesn't that breed more confidence than an on-time but botched launch that results in a faulty blockchain or block rewards?

Because it shows incompetence.  At least one pool has pulled out already because of stuff they should have figured out and tested long before today.

Yep - the timer is doesn't match the stated launch time.  So now I don't know when the correct time is anymore.  YAY!

Pwd for wallets and rars will be released 2 minutes after launch time.

Asked for wallet, not for password..

What do you think the "and rars" part was?  Some other compressed files?

And what do you think was that on the OP page?
"Fair Launch: Wallets will be released some minutes before launch in password protected zip file."

[...] We took a source and modified almost everything but this "scam code" was found just before the launch. You would have joined either if scam code? [...]

How can we know if an issues come randomly?
The source we were based had a big hidden code inside that  WE DON't WANT TO USE, and discovered just after generating genesis hash.

And if you know that a coin out there has this kind of stuff in their code you would yell at scam for the rest of your life!

LAUNCH IS POSTPONED AT LEAST OF 6 HOURS!

You know after these statements you MUST disclose what original codebase you did use (with github link) and show precisely the coding segments where this happens for the community to verify.
Should be a 5 minute job for you to post the info. Preferably before the next launch.

And, YES, I certainly will have a closer look into that.

Oh, and a SCAM warning with the name of the coins with this codebase would also be in place. Doesn't need to be here in this thread.

If a scam code was detected, it needs to be exposed and publicized. The community needs to spread that info so other coins based on the same code can do damage control.

Dont be drastic guys  Grin

U know in this life we need to have faith Smiley

If devs made some mistakes dont worry, all will be fixed.

And if a scam code was detected, it will be exposed and publicized.

"sonysasankan" u have right, in this case the community needs to spread that info so other coins based on the same code can do damage control.

In last 10 days, there is at least 5 coins that failed the "FIRST" launch. Doesn that mean that are based on the same code, and same error happend to all of them ?
