why am I getting "Unable to create account: Username or email already registered " error? I am sure I never registered for your pool and I already tried many times with different usernames/passwords

Well, Im sure that about a 100 people who mined Digit will disagree with you. Myself included.

But look at it from the positive side. If they dump cheap, then this is your opportunity to buy cheap.
If they dont dump cheap, then price stays up.

Anyhow. Give them time. Seriously popular coins do not happen overnight. I will hold my coins at least some months. I dont care if i lose some money if i make a wrong decision. I belive in good and honest dev and i see it here.

Well. Read the thread and you will get smarter. Its been explained several times and all info is available in this thread.
If all 100 people sell their coins and get 0.75 btc each for their mining then let them. Its only good for a coin if it spreads wider.  
Of course, this is never going to happen. Maybe 1/3 of them sells some now.
