Future for this coin seems very uncertain, Developer seems like a good guy but really needs to come up with something impressive for this coin.

This coin is a real enigma to me. We have a dev that seems really committed to the cause. Also seems intelligent, speaks English better than 99% of other devs. Quick to answer any questions in the thread etc. Staking is working bueatifully in the wallet and there's hints of anonymous messaging coming among other developments. Yet still there seems to be virtually no interest in the coin - whereas, there are still "country coins" being released by devs who can't string a proper sentence together and even insult the users trying to mine their coins - and these coins still generate 100x more interest!

It's a total mystery IMO!

yeah it is totally a mystery that crypto thing. people want innovation, they get it price tanks. stupid ass coins come out and go to 60000 satoshi. makes absolutely no sense. I think just too many people involved with no clue what they are doing or supporting. I love your pool btw, I think eventually more hash will come and it will be one of the top pools.

Haha, yeah, exactly!

Thanks btw Smiley

Each block is stacked on top of the previous one. Adding another block to the top makes all lower blocks more difficult to remove: there is more "weight" above each block. A transaction in a block 6 blocks deep (6 confirmations) will be very difficult to remove.

Just delete everything except wallet.dat and then run the new wallet. No nodes should be needed.

Just delete everything except wallet.dat and then run the new wallet. No nodes should be needed.

After that you can also add -rescan in the shortcut to make sure yr on the correct blockchain.
example :

Target : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Digit-qt Windows\Digit-qt.exe" -rescan

get latest wallet 2.1.0 from first post, delete everything except yr wallet file (first make a backup of yr wallet) and then let it totally resync

After that you can also add -rescan in the shortcut to make sure yr on the correct blockchain.
example :

Target : "C:\Program Files (x86)\Digit-qt Windows\Digit-qt.exe" -rescan

or in Linux:

Digitd -rescan -reindex

I have done this without success to sync.

Do I need additional nodes, or digit.conf file ?

additional nodes : not needed
digit.conf : should be included in the latest wallet and should be put in the appdata directory of Digit (tbh i'm not sure it was actually changed from previous wallet update but overwrite previous digit.conf just to be safe)

current net hashrate : over 2 GH
current numbers of workers over two operational pools : 32
current difficulty (higher difficulty gives higher rewards !!) : 20

edit : must be more then 2 operational pools .. MineP.it & Suprnova are giving combined a hashrate of 1 GH

Good to see that Digit is getting more and more attention now. One of the very few coins which deserves it in my opinion.
Almost 20btc volume is not bad either. Id prefer slower growth in price, so more people can buy when price is low. Better distribution is always positive for coin.
