Didnt get rejected shares, but this error means that block was rejected. Only the reason is unknown to me.

rejected shares? Aren't you solomining through the rpc wallet? If the PoW doesn't meet the target then either the difficulty isn't correct or the mining algorithm is wrong.

If you are the only one in the testnet, then the difficulty should be directly related to your hashrate, so I would assume that the mining algorithm is the problem.
