BlackCoin Store

KNC Titan Group Buy #1

There has been a few weeks and we still have some leftover shares for anyone interested. A total of 87 shares have been succesfully payed for but we are not there yet. 13 Shares are still available. You can go to BlackCoin Store and check out the KNC Titan Group Buy #1 for more information.

11 Shares left!

ONLY 2 SHARES LEFT!

After talk with the Escrower we have agreed to pay the miner tomorrow between 08-14.00 GMT+1 Depends on when we meet up on MIRC.

After funding the miner a mail will go out to all the shareholders with the receipt of the pre-order and future information about the Group Buy! For those that didnt catch this one, more will be up soon!

Success!!! All shares have been sold and Escrow holder "dibdab" has been rewarded with 2 Shares for the help with the Escrow. (1 from myself and the other was remaining at the time of funding).

We are awaiting confirmation from KNC that everything went well. Invoice of the pre-order will be sent out to all shareholders later during the day. We will also find out when the estimated date for shipping is.

Me and a friend of mine are developing a platform for shareholders to sell/buy/trade shares with eachother + people outside the GB, ability to change personal info such as receiving address and contact info, ability to request payouts more often then once a week, for example once a day. Track the miner you own shares at, check hashrate, where its pointed, live webcam, temperatures and more.

With a platform like that we plan to setup more Group Buys, however they will be a bit different from this one. After ROI from mining at multipool.us all miners will be pointed at BC Multipool to support the coin. That differs from this recent Group Buy where shareholders decide where the miner is to be pointed.

Much more info on this will be provided later! Stay Tuned!

A quick update on blackcoinstore!

Not that many products have been added lately as focus has been on the recent Group Buy, We will be adding a few things during this week.

Together with the addition of new products and New Group Buys we will be performing a 48 hour Maintenance to add some features that have been planned for a long time.

If you have any questions or suggestions for BlackCoin Store feel free to drop me a PM here or send us an email contact@blackcoinstore.com

EDIT: Quick edit, after a call to KNCMiner everything was ok and the payment has been recieved the Invoice will be going out to shareholders within 3-4 hours from now.

Regards

Kevin K (Jilixi)

Any idea what's happening here? Not heard anything in months and he's not been on the forum since June...

http://www.reddit.com/r/blackcoin/comments/2frwyg/titan_group_buy_at_blackcoinstore/

This is the latest discussion I can find about it.

Obviously something like this must be pretty hard to organise and everyone has busy lives, but the communication has been terrible and there is no telling what is really going on this group buy.

Tbh I would say the best way to avoid disappointment is to hope for the best but expect the worst. I'm taking this as a learning curve personally.
Thanks for posting this, I'd missed it on the BC Reddit.

I've sent him a message through the link to his facebook account.

It's only a relatively small amount of money I stand to lose, but I don't like being scammed....

The Bitcoin software, network, and concept is called "Bitcoin" with a capitalized "B". Bitcoin currency units are called "bitcoins" with a lowercase "b" -- this is often abbreviated BTC.

We are looking for new developers and projects to fund, if there is anyone wishing/willing to build valuable infrastructure and services for BlackCoin -- let us know! Send me a PM here or email j.bouw@blkfoundation.org or m.morris@blkfoundation.org.

Thank you!

What do I have to do to get my Project BlackStake funded? I'll PM you too. It's a fun little project... for me. Maybe for others.

After system crash I had this error-message:

I removed all the content in %Appdata% exept wallet.dat and restart the software.
It was not posible to restart without removing al the files.
Or is there an other way the repair the blockchain after a system crash?
Thanks

0% fees and a competition for people who get to 100BTC volume first (to win 1.5BTC) means people are buying/selling to themselves. A really bright idea from MintPal there!?

They probably thought that if they disable the API there won't be any bots.

Yeah, but since it's just 1 or 2 people selling to themselves... the price doesn't move at all.  Fake volume is fake.  Wink

Mintpal has some obvious acquisition related growing pains -- but things will iron out shortly I'm certain.

First 10 people to hit 100 BTC volume, get 1.5 BTC.  Undecided

Would it be that hard to give people an option to use V1 or V2?

I still don't understand why they didn't stick with original formula? Add coins in the top 20 of Bittrex. That should be a winning formula. Add disclaimers to coins user knows the risk if the dev is a scammer for 2 months.

1. Obviously the database structures are not compatible. So you'd need to keep 2 different databases at sync in real time - with serious money involved the slightest bug/error could cause horrible problems.
No idea WHY they could not use the original structure anymore, so far i don't see any reason/improvement that would require a redesign.
The current GUI is a horrible mess IMO, not even the LTC markets are shown properly, not to speak of live updates of the markets...

2. IIRC they wanted to get back to serious coins only. All the Trex shitcoin lottery with 90% of the top 20 falling out the next week due to "pump over/scam/whatever" is what people are fed up with, i think.

Still some BC traders on there, even with most volume being fake. Many other coins have no activity at all until this moment.
