Nope, there will be different ports:

<TheDogeOfWallSt> so if you had your ip hitting us before for a while, make sure you just chill out for 5-10 minutes

no cannot be slided down, try to put it at 0% does not accept it

After you set the amount, click 'update', or alternatively change the 'On' button to 'Off' and then click 'update'. My settings are sticking just fine doing that.
