The code can be carried forward, but I think most of the community is too disillusioned to care about SC anymore.

The main dev admitted he doesn't have the coding skills.

The vision was a good one, but maybe no one has the coding skills to implement without lots of time or lots of good devs.

Isn't it funny how I gave you guys great advice and yet everybody hates me for it? Who doesn't wish they would have sold at 7000 like I told you too? I wouldn't have been here if I wasn't certain this was a scam, guys. The dev is a scammer - he's scammed people before and he will scam people again. Next time, feel free to ask me to analyze a coin before you buy into it and I will give you my honest assessment. Stop losing money! I'm happy to help.

Ok people really? This has turned into one royal fuck up yes, BUT from what I can tell the Dev is trying to get this issue fixed, not to mention at least he had the fucking balls to come on here and fess up to what was going on knowing full well what kind of reaction it would get.

Are there holes in his story still? Yes, but once again at least he is letting us know what is happening. I think he had his chance and this coin needs a community takeover, get a/some experienced devs in here to fix the issues and take over.

Silkcoin, I would say transfer the 8 BTC to Q or a trusted escrow like OG nasty or some such and sit back and let real devs handle the issues but for the love of Christ stay in contact with them if they have questions. IF they manage to save SC I will personally re compensate you with a portion of my SC bag just for being a man and letting us know what was happening.

I know I will be holding all of my SC in case we can get a real team to step in and fix the confirmation error, the mint pal api issue causing wallet 1.0.9.2 crash, and a MAC wallet compiled.

I am no coder but these issues seem like they would be child's play for an experienced dev to hammer out in a day or two if not sooner I mean don't the amount of confirms needed for coins get changed all the time? And the api just needs to be replaced with the new mint pal api and the wallet just needs a MAC compile jesus h Christ people quit freaking the fuck out and DO something to help fix it

Because everyone in this thread that supports this coin and/or this dev is a lying sack of shit desperate to recover their losses on a bad investment. I hate to say, "I told you so" but...

Tell that to the guy that PMed me thanking me because he took my advice and sold at 7000. If you're holding this coin you have lost - I assure you. At least by selling you get something back. Why keep making a bad loss worse? Terrible advice man - you've helped convince a lot of people to hold this long - does it make you feel good to know people lost a ton of money thanks to your advice?
