Make sure your Dreamcoin.conf file has a capital "D" and not lowercase, this will fix your problem of not syncing

Looks like he is working on fixing some backend things, hashrate and shares look to be safe, I would trust that, Suchpool.pw has around the clock service that is professional and they take very good care of their miners and devs.
