Does this actually have zerocoin implemented or does it just have a bunch of the files from the zerocoin project attached?
This is definitely the million dinero question. And from the looks of things, quite a number of miners (myself included) are staking their hashpower on the chance it's positive Here's your million dinero answer: https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=599854.msg6618560#msg6618560

connected and synced in seconds ... think the nodes fine
have you tried the old delete everything from %appdata%\Dreamcoin except your wallet then make a Dreamcoin.conf file in that folder and try to sync?
CryptoHobo - Yep the node is fine, I would recommend adding this if you are still having issues guys with syncing, try this: addnode=107.170.234.82 rpcport=14553 rpcuser=user rpcpassword=pass daemon=1 server=1 listen=1 dreamcoin dev, can you PLEASE fix the wallet? It is clearly not working for everyone, and a broken wallet is a sure way for you to lose support for a new coin. Constantly blaming the wallet user is not a good example of the dev support that is indicative of a successful coin. Here is my contribution debug.log: ThreadOpenAddedConnections started trying connection 107.170.234.82:14554 lastseen=361017.0hrs Done loading refreshWallet Flushed 6 addresses to peers.dat 7ms connected 107.170.234.82:14554 send version message: version 60013, blocks=0, us=25.154.78.182:14554, them=107.170.234.82:14554, peer=107.170.234.82:14554 ipcThread started socket closed disconnecting node 107.170.234.82:14554 6 addresses found from DNS seeds ThreadDNSAddressSeed exited trying connection 218.244.139.161:14554 lastseen=82.2hrs GetMyExternalIP() received [REMOVED] GetMyExternalIP() returned [REMOVED] AddLocal([REMOVED]:14554,5) connection timeout trying connection 1.234.38.163:14554 lastseen=78.6hrs No valid UPnP IGDs found connection timeout trying connection 115.28.153.178:14554 lastseen=119.1hrs connection timeout trying connection 184.164.89.153:14554 lastseen=85.3hrs connection timeout trying connection 218.244.139.161:14554 lastseen=82.2hrs connection timeout trying connection 1.234.38.163:14554 lastseen=78.6hrs connection timeout trying connection 115.28.153.178:14554 lastseen=119.1hrs connection timeout trying connection 1.234.38.163:14554 lastseen=78.6hrs connection timeout trying connection 184.164.89.153:14554 lastseen=85.3hrs connection timeout trying connection 1.234.38.163:14554 lastseen=78.6hrs connection timeout trying connection 218.244.139.161:14554 lastseen=82.2hrs connection timeout trying connection 218.244.139.161:14554 lastseen=82.2hrs connection timeout trying connection 218.244.139.161:14554 lastseen=82.2hrs connection timeout trying connection 218.244.139.161:14554 lastseen=82.2hrs connection timeout trying connection 184.164.89.153:14554 lastseen=85.3hrs connection timeout trying connection 115.28.153.178:14554 lastseen=119.1hrs connection timeout trying connection 1.234.38.163:14554 lastseen=78.6hrs connection timeout Flush(false)

Dev makes a case that he *will* do it when its ready, so the answer can / may / hopefully will change Meantime, x11 is not as expensive for me to mine, so I'm still hashing away .....

Are you having issues syncing your wallet as well? My wallet seems to be synced up just fine with 16+ connections...with the standard setup conf I posted above. Let me know, I want to make sure there isn't something weird going on.

I'm sync'd with 23 active connections...I don't see what the issue is.
I'll look into hosting my peers.dat file if people are still having issues later.
But the wallet is far from broken. FUD

Whatever happened to the many blocks that were found at your pool at launch, when your pool was only showing a 7.5/block payout? I found several of them myself. Edit to add: Now I can't even sign in to your pool. Like the coins were never paid out after your fixed your mpos, and the accounts were cleared.

Hashcoin is cool and all with the animated logo but dream is hot right now, you got over 1GH/s. Just need a pool to make my dreams come true.
I agree, I love my Hashcoin it hypnotizes me watching the fan hahaha Does that mean your next coin is going to be HypnoCoin?

I have several wallets on this machine and they are all working perfectly, except the DRM wallet. There is definitely something going on with this wallet.

The wallet is not working for many people on this thread, so there are definitely issues. More worrying is that the dev doesn't seem that interested in figuring this out.

I am more than interested in figuring out what is wrong, but I have posted you guys all the information you need to get the wallet to sync. I downloaded the wallet on a fresh Windows computer, added the Dreamcoin.conf to Apps/Roaming and wala it syncs up just fine. I cannot recreate the problem you users are having. More details would be great! PLEASE Post your debug.log file and maybe screenshot your Dreamcoin.conf location. Or send me a PM I am more than happy to assist you guys...

Well I deleted the entire folder except of course wallet.dat and the Dreamcoin.conf file and then restarted the daemon, that worked.
